First off, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to come up. After getting all the way home after working a 12 hour shift, to eat (THIS CHOPPED CHICKEN PLATE WAS PURE SLOP!!!!!) I kept trying to call back to no avail and finally after about the 5 time calling a lady picked up the phone and I explained to her my situation and dissatisfaction with the food. She was abruptly rude and said, they do not give refunds. I asked if I can replace it for something else and I pay the difference. She said no, all I can do is replace the chicken. Once in the inside I explained to her that the chicken was EXTRA salty watery. It was a soupy like look. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! She said she'd have someone else to remake it because the new guy on the grill was over seasoning the food. I said ma'am I'd rather just pay extra and get a rib plate as a replacement but she was very stern on not changing the meal choice. I just said ok ma'am. The second order was no better than the first. Absolutely horrible! The coleslaw wasn't fresh either. My family and I have eaten Bradley's a many of times but today was our last time. I will not spend another penny of my hard earned money where I'm not valued as a customer. I could feel her demeanor did not like me bringing the food back but when people spend their money on your food it's suppose to be of much better QUALITY than what I was sold. It was blamed on the new guy on the grill. Hopefully they get it worked out to where he gets it right. Waste of my money today. The first batch went into the trash after I took it back and the second batch went into the trash in my back yard. Never, ever again! I work too hard for my money to throw it away like that. Very...

Gainesville, Georgia. 11 am. I was headed for Florida. Driving the back roads to avoid the ATL traffic. Interstate ain't for me!
Denied breakfast, I heard those familiar low growls from my midsection. I was hungry. But I was looking for something special. For lunch. NO fast food. NEVER! NO chain restaurants. NOT this time, bud.
I wasn't quite sure what I was in the mood for, but I KNEW I'd KNOW it when I SAW it...
It was then I seemed to sense the scentual aroma of slow cooked meat over a real pit. Barbeque! YES! THAT'S what I was in the mood for! At that moment, I was tempted to pull over and do my usual online search. But it was still a little too early for lunch, so I ambled on. Mile after mile after mile.
Turns out, I believe I was being led by the nose to Covington. I just felt it. Movie town, here I come.
Once in town, that is when I hit the web. I sniffed out a place called Bradley's Real Pit Barbeque. Hmmmm. Let's do it!
EXACTLY EVERYTHING I EVER wanted in the way of Barbeque!!! I ordered the Half Rack of Ribs, with fries and beans. What I got was a STACK of RIBS...with those delectable fries and beans. Ribs. The HOLY Grail of the grill.
The Fall off the Bone smoky goodness carried me to lip smacking, finger lickin, OHHHHHH YEAH ville! Man! Those ribs! (I AM a rib aficionado. A connoisseur of pit cooking). THESE were no fib ribs. FINER than fine with a huge touch of yum. OHHHHH Yeah.
I now LOVE Bradley's. Looking for any excuse to drive north, to Movie town and sit down. Like the Terminator said,...

The food is amazing. Over the past 3 months, I've gone in and sampled different things on the menu. So far, I've not had a bad item.
Ribs - These are tender and smokey. The ribs have an excellent smokey taste and perfect chew. They are served dry and you can sauce them as you please. Pulled Pork - The plate which is served with 2 sides and Texas toast is delicious. The meat is well seasoned and tender. It always has a good balance of interior meat and bark. There are numerous sides to choose from. My favorites are Brunswick stew and baked beans. Que Taters - A pile of fries topped with a generous portion of pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese and sour cream. These are amazing. This will make a full meal! Big Tex Sandwich - A pile of tender pulled pork served between 2 slices of Texas Toast with sauce of your choice.
They have a "Mild", "Sweet" and "Hot" sauce. All are excellent. The "Hot" is my favorite - it is just spicy - not so hot that you will need extra beverage!
I do think they can improve the flavor of the Brunswick stew. It needs a bit more smoke and maybe a touch of sweetness.
If they would add Collard Greens cooked with a nice smoked shank to the menu, I expect I would be in at least...
