Okay, so today March 30th, 2025 at 11:02am i ordered a frappe and some fries. And since she was rude, I'll be rude back, the heavy set sister taking the order was rude as hell. She parked me over the fries. I was parked for about 12 minutes before coming in. There was 2 other parked cars, 1 that was there before me, and 1 that got parked right after me. So I go in and stand at the counter until someone acknowledged me, and when the rude woman did, I told her I was outside for over 10 minutes waiting for the fries, which I was not disrespectful about, and she rudely told me I'd have to wait cus they're still waiting for fries and theyre busy, which then pissed me off for 2 reasons, first reason was because while I was parked, there was numerous cars that had been served and left. You're telling me none of them got the fries I should've had and possibly the other 2 waiting customers? And the second reason was because as soon as I walked in, they were preparing fries in containers and had a whole meal with a large fry sitting on the lobby counter. Mine and the other 2 customers orders were in the red on the screen btw. If you know you're backed up with customers, maybe you should have more food cooked and prepared so you don't have to keep parking people over simple shit. I get parked at this store so many times and I never have special orders. Usually it's for fries, or for a simple drink. I absolutely hate being parked. Chick fil a don't park their customers because they're smart, organized, and have structure unlike mcdonalds who's employees are depressed, unorganized, not structured, and run around panicking half the time because no one knows who helped who and prepared what orders. And this isn't only about the rude sister, cus pretty much every other time, she's not rude, and this mcdonalds specifically is notorious for having horrible customer service. I would say the standard for customer service should be Nancy who works in the mornings and that one indian guy who takes orders in the back window (only issue with him is that he rushes the customer too much. Other than that, he's cool). Mcdonalds seriously needs a restructure and order. Someone who can rule with an iron fist and deligate responsibilities so it's not a huge mess all the time. The lines don't have to take 5-10 minutes to move if you had everyone assigned to specific roles and duties instead of "you, take orders, hand out food, AND make the specialist drinks, and You, take orders and wash dishes, and You, take front counter orders, prepare food, and clean the lobby" and other stupid shit like that, then the P.I.Cs get stressed out and overworked and yell at their employees because there's too much going on and too much confusion. You got 15 people working and half of them are doing each others jobs. That's confusing for everyone and not helpful or smart. If your issue is people on the backline holding everyone up, then add an extra person or 2 from the front to go on the backline to help move it faster. There are 2 sides to the backline, do you guys not utilize that second side? What's going on? I really wish I was in charge of this store. Parking customers is really unnecessary.
Edit: yesterday, there was a female employee at the back window taking orders AND cashing people out. The line was backed up because she was literally handling 1 customer at a time instead of cashing people out and taking orders simultaneously. Shit I just had a fast food idea. Alright I'll...

This trip was by far the worst I’ve ever had there. I went inside which was a HUGE mistake! The unfortunate teenager working the register had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The person in front of me was taking forever so I ordered all of my smoothie and drink orders through the kiosk. I had to go back to the register because the buy one get on free coupon has to be paid for at the register. The kiosk won’t accept it (McDonald’s validation code).
I walked back and let the employee at the register know that I had a McD’s coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich. He stared at it for a min and let me know that he didn’t know how to do it. He tried to flag down several employees but they weren’t able to assist. The manager (lady) came over and told him that he needed to ring in the burgers first then come find her. She walked away. Seriously!?!? Are you kidding me? This kid had no idea how to do it and I have to wait because you didn’t properly train him. He entered the burgers then said he would have to go find her. WOW! Great customer service and support of your totally untrained employee. She walked back mad, accepted the coupon while yelling at him to come back and work the register. She quickly walked away and the employee had no idea what to do next. My current total was for over $15.00 for a single quarter pounder with cheese. Obviously, he messed up the entire order.
My drink order was waiting up on the counter by this time. The smoothies take the longest to make but I received them before I was able to place a burger order! He had added items that I never asked for. Why? It's because he's frustrated and not able to concentrate due to be untrained. I told him to forget it and left. As I was leaving, the manager yelled to the back that someone needed to take the employee’s place because he didn’t know what he was doing.
You have to train and leave someone with them until they can complete the job. If you trained him then that’s even worse because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I felt really bad for him. Came in with a group of 6 (3 adults, and 3 children ages 2, 4, and 5) at around 8pm on a Friday night. Staff was frantic, scattered, messed-up my order and my family members order. No customer service, trash left all around the self serve soda area, seemed to have not been cleaned for hours. Food and trash left all over the childrens play areas, also seemed to have not been cleaned all day. Play area was freezing cold when we arrived and then super hot before we left. A group of loud teenagers arrived shortly after our group and kept getting louder and making inappropriate comments for childrens ears, which the staff not only did nothing about, but seem to laugh and enjoy the teenage antics. Female bathroom was disgusting, both toilets not flushed which remnants inside and toilet paper all over the floors. Most concerning was the large puddle of goo that a young 2 year old in our group slipped and fell in. The goo came from the trash bins by the front door and hand been leaking for so long it had formed a good 3+ feet of slippery mess from the trash receptacles to the front door. Lastly everyone in our group had stomach issues later that night, probably from the unhygienic food prep. Would struggly urge anyone especially any families with young ones to stay away.
