i had a horrible experience at this store earlier today when i stopped by the store to order my usual coffee and upon receiving my drink i immediately noticed the taste was off as it didn’t taste the same way it normally does, this time my drink was bland like it was missing something i’m not so sure if the barista rushed to make my drink or what happened but definitely didn’t taste right. i thought this was due to them being understaffed, as the lady who took my order at the drive through pointed out to me that they were short staffed so i figured they might’ve rushed to make my drink anyhow i paid almost $20 and although i didn’t want to turn around and complain i decided to go back to the store shortly after my daughter lid fell off her cup causing it to spill all over my car,this was due to the lid not being on correctly i went back to the store and explained to the lady at the drive through what had occurred and nicely asked if i could have my drinks remade and let me tell you the blond lady at the drive through was very rude, immediately had an attitude with me and said NO she wouldn’t remake it or refund me my money. i am very upset and won’t return back to this store i would rather go to a different store where the staff can treat customers with respect and most of all kindness. i would NEVER recommend this store to anyone of my Friends, Family or Colleagues. Read moreVery poor hygienic practice . I visited this location on April 11th sometime after 6am. Had a female that was at the drive through had an unusual name that starts with a “ V”. She then started to clean out the trash then proceeded to handle my drink , after handling the unsanitary trash can, she decided to take my drink with her unwashed /unsanitary hand and pressed down the lid where I was putting my mouth . I pointed out that what she just did wasn’t a good sanitation practice and she should have washed her hands before touching my drink . She then started to have an attitude, everyone else , including the blonde lady that handed me the grilled cheese acted as if I had no right or opinion. She tried to shush me away , telling to be quiet , abruptly closed the window in my face and the girl in the back , who was on the restaurant side of the counter making the drink , dark hair , claimed , “ it was unnecessary. With the spread of so much illness and customers having sensitive stomach I didn’t appreciate this . They didn’t apologized or seemed to care . Read moreI usually like this Starbucks and come here once in a while. Today my husband and I pulled up to the drive-thru and had a Tesla in front of us that was leaving a giant gap between them and the car in front. We were not even close to the Order Speaker and the barista started asking us what we wanted. We were really far from it, and my husband told her our order and she repeated back something different. We said No, and told her to wait a minute, then she goes ahead and starts asking for the order again. My husband again tells her what we want and she can't hear. He then told her that we cannot pull up any closer due to the Tesla in front of us not moving. (Tesla driver was probably falling asleep at the wheel and needed that coffee). She heard that and completely disregarded what he said and started asking for the order again with this "anyways" attitude! Finally, Tesla moved up at a snail's pace and we placed our order. Don't ask for the order if we are not at the Order Box yet, and have to yell out what we want and when we give you the reason why we can't pull up, don't be dismissive. Drive-thru barista's name...
