Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Crestwood

My wife and I came to this location a few days ago i. the evening, on Thursday 5/22. The young girl that took our order, as well as the one working at the window, were both wonderful. The girl who took our order read it back to us, and the girl at the window yelled out the correct item twice to the people preparing treats to make sure they knew what we had ordered. We went to leave and realized we had gotten a wrong item. We went back through the drive through to get the right thing, and both girls were very apologetic and kind. While we’re sitting waiting for the correct order, the manager came up from the back, clearly having no knowledge of the actual situation, and began yelling at the two teenage girls in front of us and asking “who is screwing this up.” When they were not to blame for the order being incorrect, which we made very clear. We’ve been to this location three times now and it seems this team needs a lot more training and oversight. During our visit last night, three separate parties had to go back up and ask about their order bc it never came. When we received ours, all our medium sized treats had at least an inch and a half of room at the top so I paid for mediums but ultimately got smalls. The toppings weren’t mixed in well at all so it had tons of toppings at the top but none at the bottom. My kids boot daddies all had a sickening amount of hot fudge in them - almost inedible. ’ve been to several other Andy’s locations and always had a great experience. They’re generous with the mix-ins, and the quality is consistent every time. I’ve now visited this new location twice and ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip Concrete with brownie both times. Unfortunately, both times there was hardly any brownie or melted chocolate chip mixed in. Compared to other locations, it just didn’t measure up. I really enjoy Andy’s, so I hope this location can bring their portions and consistency up to the standard I’m used to. I don’t like being cut corners so you can make more profit when your products aren’t cheap...
