Cannot say enough about this food and Company and staff!! The staff is Wonderful and they go out of their way to help and make sure sure you get the best service!! You're always welcomed with a warm smile and greeting!!!

It's always fun to walk into this store! When I'm at the stores, I'll even put the baskets back after someone walks up to the counter with their food! Yes..I am the basket lady! Oh...and sometimes hand out straws for the smoothies!!!

Although I'm at the Creve Coeur location the most of the time, this service can be said for the other 4 locations as well!! I'm excited for the new location in Des Peres!

I started eating these meals in February, 2016 after I moved here from Texas and have used Fit Flavors food pretty much on a regular basis! Sometimes I'll make some of my own breakfasts...yet would rather have some of their yummy meals..especially the great pancakes!

Other than the meals, there are some great bulk protein and vegetable dishes offered in the stores. My favorites are the Sweet and Salty Turkey Burger, the Peanut Chicken and Spaghetti Squash! (Hope the Turkey Sloppy Joe comes back in bulk!!!!) :o) With these dishes, I can still weigh out what I need and then add some of my own sides! So good!!

The best part about all these meals (other than the great taste!)...they have all the right portions and nutritional information on each container. The breakdown has the calories and macros on each container. How much easier can that get??? For me, I prefer to do calories and not have to think about the breakdown of anything.

My Fitness Pal also helps plan some meals ahead. I don't have to think about what to eat other than look at the device to see what is planned for each meal and snack. And the body knows when it's time to eat!!!! Trust me!!!!!!

Eating Fit-Flavors foods and My Fitness Pal, have been great tools to help make my journey successful. My snacks can be some of those "forbidden" foods...yet...when tracked...they fit right in with my plan.

I've always been into fitness and nutrition. However...Fit-Flavors just make things so much better. Great food....Stay healthy...lose/maintain weight and feel great!

Everything great to say about this location, the meals, the staff - convenient, good portions, fresh, healthy & tasty, super friendly and helpful, always upbeat and energetic. My ONLY complaint is many times I have gotten meals that are spicy when they are not marked spicy. I complained in the store and they were already aware because of other complaints, especially about the sweet potatoes. It has gotten much better, but I will still occasionally get something that is so spicy I can't eat it and it is not marked as spicy. I complained again via e-mail with no response. Amazing Menu, Fabulous Smoothies. I’ve never been disappointed with their selections that I’ve tried and I always feel clean/energized after eating anything here. They truly do live up to the name and I’m glad they are expanding! Recently I’ve been coming here and the gal at the front has been coming off rude. I just came in for a smoothie and it’s like she’s mad at me for existing. I’d say something and she’d just glare no reply. I sat down and get up to throw away my smoothie said bye and she side eyed & scoffed. She could be going through something I get it...
