Chick-fil-A Cutler Bay Sandwich Review: 5 Stars
If you’re in Cutler Bay and craving a perfect chicken sandwich, the Chick-fil-A here never disappoints. From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted with impeccable service that makes you feel like a valued customer. The team at this location is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to see such consistency, but every time I’ve visited, they go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of.
As for the food, the Chick-fil-A sandwich at this location is always on point. The chicken breast is perfectly crispy, tender, and seasoned just right, creating a golden crunch with every bite. The bun is soft and buttery, toasted to perfection, and the pickles provide the ideal balance of tangy crunch. It’s a simple sandwich, but executed flawlessly every time.
What really stands out at the Cutler Bay location, though, is the service. After ordering, you’re not just handed your meal; you're treated with a level of care and respect that makes the experience feel special. The staff here takes the time to acknowledge you with a genuine smile, and no matter what, you always hear the signature "My pleasure" when they hand over your food. It's more than just a phrase—it’s a reflection of the pride they take in their work and the positive energy they bring to the entire dining experience.
Whether it’s the consistently delicious sandwich or the unbeatable service, this Chick-fil-A location gets it right every time. If you’re in the area, you’re in for a treat—5 stars,...
Read moreFor this being a new location I would bet on them trying to impress customers. Guess I was wrong. I’ve come to this place since the first day it opened in October & every time I go it’s a different issue. But let’s focus on today’s issue. I went to order white bread with cheese in it, apparently they didn’t have white bread which makes zero sense. But okay no problem, I proceed to order the rest, which was a burrito and a breakfast bowl. Get my order at the window after paying and I would assume you know, common sense is to put everything in the bag so a customer can eat. Nope, not at this location. I left with my food and then checked the bag and they not only forgot to give me a straw for my drink, but they forgot to give me a fork for my bowl. This is the second time this happens. How am I supposed to eat my bowl, with my hands? Ridiculous. Then I go to open my bowl and it’s literally EMPTY. There’s more empty space in this bowl than a Kamala rally. Take a look at the photos. Like are you kidding me? I’m paying $8 for half an egg? I can make this at home bro. This...
Read moreHad the worst experience in this location. I was dining in with my son and my mom. My son's kids meal came with only fries, no nuggets, no drink and no ice-cream, the rest of the order came with no drinks. They said the rest was on the way. We finished our food and still nothing, so I go to the counter to ask what happened with our food, and they said the drinks were on the way to the table. After 30 minutes and my 4yo son having to eat pieces of our meals, still no drinks. Again I go to the counter to ask for a refund, the person doing the refund then tells me that the drinks are ready. If they were ready why did it take 30 minutes to take them to the table. On top of everything I tried to leave feedback on the app only to find more obstacles, and requests for information that can't be found either on the app or the receipt.Horrible experience and terrible customer service. We're never returning to...
