Wendy's — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

I dont usually go to Wendy's but I did only to grab a fast meal 4for4 for my kids since I didnt cook.I was in for a Rude Awakening that day.The line was free and pulled up to order but was harshly talked to by a Rude Cashier that has no Customer Service skills if you put them on a plate and gave them to her.No hi..hello ..1st of all just "Go ahead with your order..RED FLAG RIGHT THERE..But I just continued to the pay/pickup window and was waiting.I was looking to see if I could see the Rude Cashier that took my order and lord behold she came to the window to help me again..OMG she just started with the total and as I asked the total since it wasn't given she said it with an attitude.So I said nicely is everything OK are you having a bad day?She didnt answer so I left well alone gave her my card and she was about to hand me 1 of 2 drinks by hand and not even suggesting a cup holder or just putting them in one.She held the cup downward to give to me but with her whole hand around the cup so that made it only available for me to grip the top sort of mid as I reached to take it she just let it fall.So of course the drink hit the ground and spilled.She looks at me and said I thought you had it..No sorry I apologize for that just walked away and then took her time to come back.I let her finish and told her You are very rude I dont complain but she had to get it from Me. I asked for a Mgr she came and didnt help AT ALL..She was no better so I asked for a refund and she did it.I will never..ever give Wendy's any business from here on..I will starve before I buy anything they sell.. Cutler Bay Wendy's shift Mgrs&employees need a Customer Service class before they work with the public..They are Rude..Dont Care..No class...

The customer service was good, speed was just okay. It loses 2 stars because the chicken nuggets itself is too salty. I took a bite and tasted pure salt, the staff didnt salt the nuggets its just how it was made before it got there. I gave the rest of the nuggets to my dog. The baked potato they have however is awesome, thats the only thing I can buy from there.

Edit- They seem to be doing pretty good now, although the lines are still slow. The manager is good now, the other woman who got an attitude with me is gone.

2nd- Edit, let me drop these guys down a few stars. So as you can see I am a frequent customer but the experience I just had was ridiculous. I simply went to wendys to pick up some crackers, as a person who spent a lot of money here I thought it would be no issue. Instead the manager started questioning me if I had chili, asking me whose going to give me crackers and tell me to pay. She went on and on and didnt even tell me the price. Thats not how a good customer should be treated. Over crackers? I just drove off, I dont feel like spending...

Definitely not coming back here ever again I ordered a combo assuming that (like normal people do) they would charge it as a small unless told otherwise but then I find out they try to be slick and charge me for a medium size and had I not asked they were going to go ahead and proceed to do so luckily I stopped them and on top of the fact that they have the nerve to almost charge me for a bigger size because I didn’t “say anything,” the stupid girl at the window has the nerve to get mad at me and tell me, when I asked her for my drink, to hold on because I made her change everything. I didn’t make her do anything at all other than not try and be slick and don’t blame me because you guys have a stupid way of doing things!!!!! Also she gets mad and says all that right in front of her manager who’s right by her side and her manager doesn’t even say anything at all. That just says it all. Worst service ever first and...
