Arby's — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Went there on 8/8/2025 was there at approximately 415pm. The person working the window was rude AGAIN to me and apparently to the person in front of us as well because they made her refund them. She gave the person in front of us our order then tried to pass it off to us after the previous customer went thru the bag before hand. When I called her out on it she copped an even worse attitude so I asked for my money back. I had to ask her 3 times to give me my money back while enduring her attitude while doing so and she hadn't even put it in the register yet. Then when I was pulling away she shouted what sounded like obscenities at us. All this because she messed up atleast 2 orders in a row. This person should not be working with customers because she lost you money on atleast 2 orders today because if her attitude. I will not be returning nor will anyone I know be coming to this location until this issue is rectified. Upon arrival we were greeted quite rudely! After ordering our selections we then paid at the window, we were handed our food and quickly dismissed. We ended up having to go right back through the line because they forgot two things on our order, they then tried to dismiss us. The RUDE worker had us repeat our entire order from the receipt, as if we didn’t just go through the line. Then after being handed the second bag, with no apology, they again forgot an item. The employee didn’t care about the customer, which should be a priority. Getting an order wrong once is cool, but twice with the same customer! In addition to having to deal with their rude attitude. NASTY EMPLOYEE! Pulled in to grab a meal and observed a white female employee outside smoking. She went inside as I exited my car. As I entered, I saw her putting her personal belongings behind the counter and she asked to take my order. I asked if she wanted to wash her hands first since she was outside smoking. She responded that she's not making my food. I reminded her that she was just outside smoking. She again refused to wash her hands and said she won't touch my food. As I turned to leave, as she would be handling my fries and drink cup, she began laughing.
