Starbucks has fallen a long way from its comfy 90s coffee lounge vibe and signature menu. The past 2 times I visited this particular location I was told they were out of or didnāt have the 2 staple menu items Iāve been ordering for the past 30 years (mint majesty tea or the Java chip Frappuccino). In fact, when a false rumor was spread on social media that the new CEO at Starbucks was making drastic changes to the menu items and I was told several weeks ago from the representative at the customer service number that it was a false rumor and to disregard. Fast forward to today and when I tried to order my signature drink, I was told at the drive thru they no longer carry it. I was served some other slop that was nearly $7 and the total opposite of what I wanted. I had already gone out of my way to get to this location before work just to be told once again they donāt have something thatās been on the menu forever. I immediately called the customer service number again and now a different representative from the Philippines told me there was a memo sent to all stores months ago that these items would be discontinued so now I am beyond mad that I was lied to by the representatives at Starbucks corporate. I demanded a refund and will no longer support this business since they clearly have lost sight on how to run their company. Perhaps itās the new CEOās fault or just a lack of accountability which we see far too often when it comes to problematic American businesses. Either way, I will now be going out of my way to avoid Starbucks and wait in the long lines at Dutch Bros for far superior and less expensive coffee. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe came here Nov 5th 12:20pm, Unacceptable behavior that this crew wearing a jihab a little chubby and we did not get her name but when we pull up to the drive thru, we ask for a request for my order for my venti caramel ribbon crunch and I always order here mind u same place for years now, and I always asked for the crunch on the side, now the dude stated they canāt do it, itās against policy. Now i am annoyed but what can I do so I just told him thatās fine to put it inside the cup, so when he handed me my drink, i donāt see the extra crunch and i told the dude and returned the drink and guess what, this young lady w the jihab, started complaining, mind u she did not hide it and she was loud about it. she was clearly upset that we asked for the extra crunch and keeps saying itās at the bottom, but thatās not what we asked tho? So she keeps complaining that her co workers have to asked her to go at the back cause now my wife have to go down the car and go inside the store just to make sure they donāt mess up our order. We are in shocked that an employee of a known food chain would really act up as if they donāt want to do their job. This is unacceptable as we have been a loyal customers for like forever! Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: 1/2/24 9:30am Decided to give it another try. I like the sonic style ice that they have. The ice is my favorite part of the chai tea lattes. Apparently theyāve switched out their ice machine to the square hard ice so thatās 100% it for me. Done.
UPDATE: 11/22/23 9:30am WORST location of any Starbucks Iāve ever been to!!! What happened to your store? I went inside, ordered, nobody was in front of me and I stood there for THIRTY MINUTES watching him make a line of drinks (from people that werenāt even there but were ordering from the app). So I asked for a refund and the rudest cashier said she couldnāt refund the tip I gave her that Iād have to call and sit on hold with customer service to get that back. I am in shock at the business practice at this location and will NEVER be back!!!
