Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dahlonega

I’ve ordered from here multiple times, mostly thin crust or New York style. Recently, I tried the Handmade Pan, but the dough was raw just under the sauce and completely inedible. I did manage to eat part of the top. To avoid this issue, I requested it “well done,” but they didn’t comply. Since this was the second time it happened in a short period, I filed a complaint. They assured me the store would reach out, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully there will be a resolution so I can remove this message.

Update: The store never reached out to me, so I have no confidence that this issue won’t happen again.

I contacted corporate again, and while they apologized and offered a gift card (which wasn’t my goal), the experience remained underwhelming. I stuck with the thin crust this time, and while it was almost satisfactory, I’ve yet to see any evidence that extra cheese is actually added, despite ordering it multiple times.

I only order here when using promotions—without them, I wouldn’t bother.

I ordered an entre for delivery last night to be delivered to my hotel. I used the name of the hotel and looked up the address on the internet. There is only 1 hotel by that name in the town of Dahlonaga. Unfortunately the address I got in my search was from a old location of a hotel by that name. Being a tourist I had no idea and the food was delivered to the wrong location. When my food didn’t show up I called the restaurant and the woman asked me if I was at the new location? I said it seemed like a new building. She said I ordered it to a hotel at a different address by another name. I explained to her the circumstances and she said if I wanted food I would have to pay again. I don’t know what the losses are on a bowl of pasta but I put the name of the hotel (the only by that name). I gave a tip greater than 20%. There are many things they could have done for me. This branch made me upset and angry, I made an order in afternoon and I put instructions regarding my order, they bring my order without taking care of my instructions! My mistake is that I didn't notice early that they put everything I asked to not put it!! So, when I called them and told them about it first they said they gonna send me another one and after waiting for more than hour and half I called them again so they said they don't will to send me a new one since I called late !!!
