Wendy's — Restaurant in Dahlonega

The red headed woman who works the drive through is always angry at me. I do not know what I have done. The level of anger and disrespect she uses both over the speaker and once I’m to the window are so far beyond what I have every experienced at any other fast food restaurant that I have to assume that I have failed as a customer. I’m leaving one star because she has never told me what it is I have done that bothers her so much. Enough of the incorrect orders, the ridiculously small number of fries, cutting me off while trying to order, today my drink was even half coke and half tea, just talk to me like an adult tell me what I’ve done. Maybe it’s that I talk slow? I wouldn’t have thought that would have been unusual in Dahlonega, Georgia. Maybe I come to the restaurant at a bad time? My review was to be 1 star due to the situation below, However I called ( i had a massive attitude) talked to the Manager Tim who handled my complaint and attitude with amazing customer service and for me that matters more than mistakes!

While I completely understand being short-staffed I just set in a line for OVER 30 minutes then was almost turned away because I had 2 separate orders with 1 meal per order. Swiping a card takes 2 seconds.. its 2 meals ! Guess everyone whos waiting a crazy long time better understanding they better only order 1 meal or its a no go??? I heard others order several meals at a time guess it was ok because they only would need to swip 1 card. It takes longer to make several meals then it does to swip a card. 2 seconds. Be careful order fresh. Just went through the drive throu and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I got it from the store to the house. Which is a non stop drive of six minutes and delivered it to my sick woman she couldn’t even bite into it because it was so hard. Upon calling and speaking to the manager on duty to express my dis satisfaction of said sandwich and informing him it was crunchy he stated the hold times on said sandwich was thirty minutes. My wife use to work at said restaurant and knows through experience said piece of chicken had to be in warmer for at least an hour to be that hard. Maybe longer. Manager on duty didn’t even offer to replace the six dollar sandwich. So I doubt if I’ll ever go back to the Wendys Dahlonega again. There neighboring business will get my business...
