How I wasted $24 on 3 sandwiches: I hadn't been to Arby's in over 20 years. The food was not to my liking then, to put it nicely. So after seeing Arby's on TV every other commercial, I said, " Go ahead, give them another chance " OMG.... I ordered the roast beef sandwich and it consisted of bland meat and what I figured was potato bread: Absolutely gross. The other 2 people with me ordered the overly advertised philly steak.. Needless to say, none of us even finished our entire sandwich. One of them said the provolone cheese was the only thing good about the sandwich. Now, with all the hooplah on TV and constant advertising, I don't know if it could be the lack of quality of the food in the establishment or the lack of training/caring/professionalism of the staff. It seems to me that once an establishment ( I dare not call them a restaurant) is franchised, they don't care about quality anymore. It's all about quantity. In my opinion, stick to a local mom and pop shop. People who are trying to prove their good name. Arby's food is less than appetizing, in my opinion. ( For the 2nd time) The special sauce...
Read moreI’ve ordered from Arby’s through DoorDash and Uber Eats more times than I can count, and while the food itself is consistently good, the attention to detail is absolutely terrible. I always — and I mean always — request Horsey Sauce. Sometimes I even ask for it in abundance just to make it clear. Yet 8 out of 10 times, my order arrives with Arby’s Sauce instead — the one sauce I can’t stand.
It’s clear the receipt isn’t being read or checked, because this mistake keeps happening no matter how obvious I make my request. It’s not hard: I’m not asking for substitutions, complicated prep, or special cooking — just the right sauce. If I’m ordering your food, it’s because I like it paired with the sauce I chose, not whatever someone feels like tossing in the bag.
Arby’s, your quality control is abysmal. You’ve proven you can make the food right every time — now try giving your customers the condiments they...
