Well I have to go all the way back a year what I remember I have been to this Braum's Ice Cream and burger fast food this is the one on Forest Lane I was in the area three times at least going to get ice I love that crush ice also I got some french fries I asked them to cook it fresh y'all know how it is. French fries is better when they cook fresh I'm not too fond of food when sitting up I'm not saying they serve food been sitting up I'm just saying I want my French fries freshly cooked. I know somebody on here feel the way I feel if I can say. While I wait patiently learning how to have more patient as I do I kind of feel like I'm getting better at it especially when I'm changing my life to be a better person each and every day that God blessed me on this Earth. So my fries is hot and the way I like it just a little bit of salt not too much is not good for you and it don't taste good when you put too much on it salty as I say. Also I got a burger another time and I wanted it freshly cooked and I watch them cook it I like little extra pickles and onion heavy toasted I am trying to tell you when you are ordering your food and you like it to be right and it is that make your shopping experience very good I think. I think it's very important to each other on here to tell our experiences. Have you tried the banana splits if you haven't and you like banana splits give them a try if you like nuts ask him to put a little nuts on your banana split and tell me about it do that for me. I'm so happy that I am blessed to be here on this Earth One More Day and I will fall in heaven bless me to be here to be able to tell you my stories. Also I like to share some of the co-workers that work for Braum's company if I can say the store did I visit more I just want to tell you how satisfied that I am of the Irving store I'm thinking the corner of Shady Grove in Irving some like that anyway it wasn't a problem it was just at that time it was a mixed up in my order one time but the manager came to my rescue me just want to say that she came and took her they little mix up and made it all better I say. When she came to correct the situation she did not have a frown on her face and also she did not act like she was upset sometime I can tell when someone upset about something or they don't want to correct it they have a bad attitude and I also a frown on their faces that's pretty much when a person don't want to do what's fair to you. But the management save the date that's why I can tell you my story. Their customer service is 100% on point so I am a satisfied customer and mine experiences has been so great and pleasing to us. Forest Lane, Shady Grove Braum's when I say this I am truly speaking from our experiences to all of the hard workers at Braum's thank you so much for all that you do for us when you go out your way sometimes just to please customers like you do. When I go into any establishment, regardless of what that establishment is I do expect to be greeted in some form or fashion. And there should be some semblance of customer service.
Well that was completely absent here. The man that took our order did not say hi or welcome. He took the order and that was it. When the order was ready I picked it up and when I went through it, the kids meal was wrong. So I took the whole bag and the receipt to the counter. There were 5 people standing behind the counter and not one of them made a move to see what the issue was. Now I realize I could have said something, however, I'm not being paid to do so. After a few mins someone asked "do you need something". My response was somewhat wiseassy, "well I'm standing here with my order and the receipt, so yeah, I need some service".
So got that taken care of, well I was in the mood for ice cream before leaving, so we went to the ice cream line. There was no one in line and about 6 people doing various tasks behind the counter. Some taking care of drive through orders. Some restocking empty ice cream bins. Others just towling stuff off. Not one person said anything to us while we stood there. After about 3 mins I turned around to leave. My 6 year old asks why and I yell "because the service here sucks!"
Yes I know, not very mature, but maturity had left me at this point.

Read moreI just experienced the most horrible customer service. I am in Dallas for the weekend and I knew Braum's was one of the stops I wanted to make. I like to see my icecream made so I was watching when the I assume manager asked me to move down so he could check me out. I told him that I wanted to see my icecream be made. He told me to move because the line was long. I told him I would stand and watch my icecream be made. I told the people next to me they could go but they were not ready either. I am glad I stayed because the person making my icecream and another associate bumped and her elbow went into my icecream. The employee was going to give it to me anyway. I turned to walk away because that was just disgusting. Had I paid and not watched I would have been getting icecream that touched someones elbow. As I am walking away the rude person checking me out yells so you are going to have him do all of that and just walk off. I explained in a pissed of manor that an elbow hit my icecream and he was still going to serve me not to mention your attitude about the line. He goes on to say ma'am we could have made another one. I am not sure when customer service turned into the customer just shutting up and doing as we are told but not when my coins are paying for something. I expect good food and great service.
