This is the fourth time i've been at this location, Which is my fault... I really should just go to a different burger King But I live like five minutes from this location, the fact that every time I get a burger from here, there is more sauce than burger. I kid you not when I took a bite from my burger. The sauce literally squished to the back of my throat and I choked on it, it's so soaked in sauce that you literally have to take the top off and scrape the top of your burger and only eat the bottom bun and the pattie. I think it's ridiculous and a bit exaggerated to be putting that much sauce on burger, even though I don't mind a LITTLE extra ketchup or mustard. But the fact that there was so much of it, that's literally oozing out of my burger, it's insane and rude. I spent money on a burger for me to just throw away just cause I lost my appetite from the sauce choking me out. There isn't a lot of business there, they should honestly shut that location down. The service is horrible, even when your being pleasent with them. And they also failed to mention that they didn't have a certain item and just replaced it without telling us that they replaced it, which were 2 mini whoppers. When we asked for a chicken sandwich. Read moreI walked in, I was the only one there, went to the register to order. Problem #1) I saw a male worker walking towards me but then he turned around & went to the back. I waiting for a while for someone to come to the front to take my order, no one came, so I decided to go to the restroom. Problem #2) Went to the restroom & there wasn’t any toilet paper. Went back to the register & now there was a guy there & I told him toilet paper is needed in the restroom. He sent a young lady to the restroom to solve that problem. I asked her who’s here to take orders, she said we are. I told her I tried to order when I first came in but no one took my order. Problem #3) I came back to the register finally a guy walked to the register… but he didn’t say anything. He just stood there looking at me. I’m like usually they say ‘’hello, how can I help you?’’ or ‘’hello, what can I get for you today?’’ but nothing. So I say hello anyway & told him what number I wanted. Problem #4) The guy interrupts me & says their fountain machine isn’t working & they can only give me water or a frozen drink. Bottom line, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Read moreSo I love this location, but today was a whole other story regarding the quality of the food I received. I absolutely love the Fiery Nuggets and was so upset when they first discontinued them. Since they've been back, I love getting them again.
Today, I ordered 2 - 8 Piece Fiery Nuggets, 1 Fiery Wrap, and 1 Large Fry. I got home and the Fiery nuggets have no sauce on them, they are completely dried out and hard like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours. So now I'm really upset. I then set them aside because I'm not going to eat them.
I opened the Fiery Wrap, and it's a Classic Wrap with Ranch sauce. Not what I ordered, and no, there was no one in the Drive-Thru behind me, so an order mix-up is not possible. Now I'm really upset because my order is wrong, it is ruined and only the Fries came out right. Good thing I didn't have a special request for the fries.
This has been the worst experience ever at this location. I'm not sure if this is now the norm if I can keep promoting Burger King and this location. Come on guys, we all have jobs, just do your job that YOU applied for, YOU accepted and YOU go into each day. I know customer service can suck, but Minimal Effort is even better than no...
