Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Dallas

I purchased a muchaco platter at 9:50 @ night got home to eat food... My food was cold and I had no chips or utensils in my bag so I called Taco Bueno @ 10:10 to let them know about cold food and no chips or utensils. I was told to come back to get warm food but, at this time I was tired and wanted to go to sleep. I asked if I can stop back in next day to recieve my order correctly and was told yes. I go in next day to receive my platter correctly but, was given a hassell at counter then a worker by the name of Angelica (Asst Manager) told Carlos the Manager, I did come yesterday evning but, lies to him by saying I purchased food early and called in way later about cold food? My receipt showed time I purchased food and I showed Carlos time stamped proof of phone call that Angelica lied about the time. I can't believe as a 10 year customer of this Taco Bueno location, I was given a hassell about there mistake with my order as well more schocked Angelica told Carlos in front of me that I lied about time I purchased and time I called in complant. Luckly for me I was able to show Carlos proof of receipt & phone call. I will no longer be visiting this Taco Bueno due to poor quality food and most of all BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I originally just wanted my order replaced correctly but, after hearing what Angelica said to Manager infront of me I then choose to get my money back and never eat at that location again. Thank you for reading this review and if you do choose to eat at this location just BE CAREFUL & CHECK BAG TO MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE CORRECT AND CHECK IF FOOD IS COLD OR WARM BEFORE DRIVING OFF. IF YOU DRIVE OFF WITHOUT CHECKING BAG OR TEMPERATURE OF FOOD... THEN GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET YOUR ORDER CORRECTED WITH NO HASSELL FROM...

I went for lunch and decided to eat there as opposed to taking the food home as I usually do. They do have WiFi for the guests, but no easily reached outlets for charging your devices if the batteries are low. The salsa bar was fresh as usual. I have always felt the prices at Taco Bueno were a bit high. The food is OK and the quality is there, but prices are about 20% high for what you get. The specials don't seem that special price-wise. I guess my biggest gripe is that they don't have any no-bean chili, or any style of chili or chili sauce. The burritos desperately need this flavor either inside or for dipping. But alas, none of the fast food Mexican or Tex-Mex places seem to have chili or chili style sauce, even for dipping, any longer. This just makes my enjoyment of this food fall flat. Fresh salsa and Pico de Gallo are fine for what they are, but chili is what makes Tex-Mex and Mexican food come alive for me. So for me, the experience...

I came into this restaurant and it looked clean until i walked up to order my food. The employess all had no gloves on no hair nets and no proper work attire. The cook and 2 female employees were touching money. Playing on there cell phones then touching peoples food without washing there hands or putting on gloves. A female employee procedded to play with her hair in front of me and then go prepare someones food. When i asked to speak to a Manger the lady did not speak english. I asked for the gms phone number and the man whos name is chris was rude, did not want to hear my complaint and hung up on me and would not answer my call when i tried to call back. The health department neess to be in this place ASAP before someone gets seriously sick from the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in this establishment. WORST REATAURANT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
