Typically, I come in, fair service, staff is pretty friendly. Today? As I’m headed off for a quick road trip, I wanted Chick-fil-A to start my day!
I arrived about 10:40 am right after breakfast so I’m knowing the food is going to be amazing and fresh. It was NOT. It was actually quite disgusting....
My fries were plain, without flavor and kind of squishy. My chicken nuggets were moist on the outside and dry on the inside. NOTHING like what I’ve EVER experienced before. I left more than half of my fries and 10 out of 12 of my nuggets IN THE TRASH!!!!!!!! WHERE THEY BELONGED!!!!
I dined inside and sat there trying to figure out if it was me. I asked my boyfriend what was up with him because he was barely eating too! He said something just isn’t right today. “Its just not good today. This isn’t Chick-fil-A....”
So I take my concern to the counter. I asked for a manager because this is just BAD! A lady named MARTHA claimed to be the manager. I told her my concerns, several times! And all she said to me was that they just made the food and that she personally delivered it.
Okay Martha. I get it. We are 15 minutes into lunch menu. But it’s gross. Legit gross. I won’t eat it. And she just said sorry. That’s it? No can I get you something else? Can I offer you a $1 coupon for next time? Legit NOTHING. I tell her one more time I am speaking with her to let her know that this is not the experience I come for and I am EXTREMELY DISPLEASED with my food. And she said “I’m sorry” yet again. Okay Martha. Who deemed you fake manager of the day.
She’s probably the most UNFRIENDLY staff member of Chick-fil-A I’ve EVER encountered. I expect this from Wendy’s. I expect this from McDonald’s. I DO NOT EXPECT THIS FROM CHICKFILA!!!!!
I’ll never go back. There are too many AWESOME places to eat around this area! Chipotle!!!! In-And-Out!!!! Whataburger!!!! Snappy Salad!!!! Wing stop!!! Hell, I’ll even try Arby’s for the first time before I give Chick-fil-A another...

After spending over 15 minutes of my lunch hour waiting for just 2 meals & drinks, I realized I had forgotten to upgrade my iced tea from a med to large, so I asked the girl when she came up to my vehicle if I could upgrade & pay the difference really quick. She told me “No, the manager has a strict policy on not allowing orders to be placed directly, but if I wanted to, I could place another order for my drink through the app & get one that way”. I explained to her that if it hadn’t taken over 15 minutes to get my order in the first place, I wouldn’t have minded, but didn’t have that much lunch hour left. She then told me that “I could go through the drive through if I wanted to order a drink that way” (which was extremely long too). She turned & walked away unbothered. I have never heard of any fast food business that had a managers policy stating that customers who requested to upgrade their drink had to go to the back of the line once they already had their order. Such a simple request but there was absolutely no motivation on the part of the employee working at that particular ChicFilA on 7/8 around noon in the curbside pick up area. It was actually disappointing to be treated as if I didn’t matter. From her attitude, it seemed as if she would actually be glad if I didn’t return. I can assure you, I won’t. The manager at that Chic Fil A seems to have forgotten that it’s the simple things like customer service that make Chic Fil A stand out for the other fast food restaurants. Read moreThis one is for management. Staff is amazing, this location is not the closest to our home and yet we always come to this location due to the fast and positive service. Chick fil a employees are on top of it and attention to detail. They are also, still humans. My boyfriend and I both placed orders, his order included two spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles. He is a sensitive eater and always has been. When he got home and opened the food, there were pickles and even after scraping them off, could not eat it. He called the number on the receipt and they said that I could come pick up two new sandwiches without pickles since he had to take his zoom meeting. When I pulled up, they were helpful and sent me to wait in a parking spot. The manager came out and started interrogating me as to why I didn’t bring back the sandwiches (no one asked me to) and said “I don’t run my business like that” as though we were trying to scam him out of food? Sir, no one was asking for a remake on the whole order, simply the correct sandwiches. He then started asking me about what number we called and I handed him the receipt, said “he called the number on the receipt to this store” the lady in the drive through remembered him and his order as he was just here. Our end checked out and we got the correct food, but it was such a disrespectful experience from management over two sandwiches.
