Its my 2nd time to this place, came for the crispy chicken salad, first thing I said “crispy chicken” to avoid a complaint I heard last time I “oh pls if u order meat let us know fron the beginning”, so this time I just did what they say! guess what? they forgot to add my crispy chicken order to my salad!!! so I was charged for it and my salad is missed up now! girls there seem careless im sorry its the truth!! Never comin back again!

Update: today after work, I decided to drop by and get salad and talk to them about the issue, so once I came in by the order line, a staff member came to me and asked what I wanted to order? so, I explained what happened last night about the missing crispy chicken in my order, she called the manager “Wendy” who came in and talked to me and apologized for what happened and to my surprise she offered me a free entire order basically my usual salad including the crispy chicken, she said “we want you to come back”, I honestly was blushed!, I have to admit this was a fantastic experience, she explained to me some correction actions she has been working on recently with the staff to improve customer service and quality of work such as developing an effective communication between staff members and asking the customer at the end if there is anything else needed or missing from the order? she added that she is stayin late these days to make sure the restaurant provides a valuable customer service. Thank you Wendy, Ill definitely be back more often, it means a lot to me when I see a manager personally supervising and coaching employees and making sure plans for improvement are in effect, I definitely recommend anyone who had order issues at this location to go back and speak to Wendy or any of the staff members, they will make it up for you and you won’t be...

I frequent this location have for years and I called because everytime I come they have hiring signs I have a full time job I just needed a second part time job and I called up here about the signs and they said they weren't hiring came back today still not hiring even though from the last time I came there is a whole new crew now that iv never seen before so clearly they are hiring but they just aren't hiring me the lady asked my name and if I had applied online and if she can transfer my application to another location and the bosses boss was actually there and she said she can't take the signs down but may I recommend a subsection on it for which locations exactly ur hiring for or only putting in the signs for stores that u are so the food is always good but the service and atmosphere not so much and even if they straight up offered me the job I would refuse because after how I was treated today due to my valid inquiry and the supervisor treating me like i was stupid I would never work here and even tho this location is closest to my house and most convenient for me I think from now on I'll go out of my way to go elsewhere cause clearly I'm not wanted here but who are they to judge someone they don't know I'm a hard worker and I actually work for a salad company making everything in the warehouse to ship to stores do u know how perfect that would have been bit by all means go out of your way to hire others just as I will go out of my way to avoid this store lile the plague but to any on lookers don't bother the signs are a complete lie and nobody should get played like I have and I have every right to be bitter I was lied to but the retaliation was...

Went to pick up a salad and ordered extra blue cheese on the side, I even went in there and asked “can I please just get blue cheese not with oil (yes I paid for extra blue cheese)” the person working the counter said yes then we I received my order it had that nasty oil in it hardly no blue cheese. I went to the counter and said you gave me oil with dressing in it can I just get regular blue cheese then she said no. What was the point of you saying yes to begin with if you couldn’t give me regular blue cheese that I paid for, did she just think I wouldn’t check ? Snappy I really like your salads but I refuse to come here anymore because you like to skimp on the dressing by overfilling the little containers with oil.
