I stumbled upon Chicken Guy! not really knowing what to expect, but wow—this place completely blew me away! It’s a fast-casual spot (no drive-thru) that specializes in crispy, flavorful chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads, and some seriously over-the-top loaded fries. But what really sets it apart is the experience.

The chicken is brined overnight, and you can tell—the flavor is incredible, juicy but not overly seasoned, just perfectly balanced. We tried a little bit of everything: the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado was fresh and juicy with that perfect thinly shredded lettuce, and the loaded mac and cheese fries were ridiculous—crispy fries smothered in creamy mac and cheese, with crispy bacon and chicken strips on top. My kids devoured the chicken tenders, which are hands down some of the best we’ve ever had, especially with the insane variety of sauces (10 of them!). The garlic parmesan sauce was my favorite, but my son couldn’t get enough of the sweet and sour.

And can we talk about the milkshakes? They’re next level. My son had the strawberry cheesecake, and I was tempted by the chocolate mint—there are so many fun flavors to choose from.

Beyond the food, what really stood out was the atmosphere. It’s got this great indoor-outdoor setup with a garage-style door opening up to a patio, plus a play area where kids can run around while you eat. Perfect for families, but also a great spot for anyone who just loves good food in a relaxed, friendly setting.

The owners, who are brothers, are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They’re really involved in the community and are even working on school fundraisers and reward programs for kids. You can tell they care about creating something special here. Oh, and everything was spotless—from the dining area to the bathrooms, it’s clear they take pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming.

If you haven’t been yet, you have to check out Chicken Guy! Whether you’re coming for the chicken, the sauces, the loaded fries, or just a fun and welcoming spot to eat, it’s absolutely worth the visit....

The location is great, conveniently placed in the Preston Hollow Village development, with a spacious parking garage right around the corner. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it easy to find a spot to enjoy your meal.

We ordered the OG Chicken Sandwich and really enjoyed it. The chicken was incredibly crispy, well-cooked, and simple in the best way possible. The sandwich came with two large tenders that completely filled the buttery bun. The fresh vegetables added a nice crunch and flavor.

But the real star here is the sauces—they’re what you come for. The Special Sauce is that addictive, tangy, creamy dip that just makes everything taste better. The kind of sauce you start dunking your fries in after running out of chicken. The Donkey Sauce? Pure magic. Thick, rich, and buttery, it clings to every fry like it was made for them. We also tried the Honey Mustard, Buttermilk Ranch, and Nashville Hot Honey—each one was well-crafted and packed with flavor. You can tell they put real effort into creating their house-made sauces.

I can’t give enough credit to the staff. The service was fast and friendly, with our food arriving hot and fresh just minutes after ordering. The manager/owner personally checked on us, offering recommendations and insights, which really showed their commitment to giving guests a great experience.

The value is great, too—two sandwiches, fries, and multiple sauces cost us less than $20.

Chicken Guy isn’t just playing in the chicken game—it’s here to win. Between the crunch, the sauce lineup, and the top-tier service, this spot is already calling me back...

We first ate at Chicken Guy’s at Disney Springs in 2023. We loved it! We’ve been anticipating the opening of this location for a long time.

Plenty of free parking in the garage behind the building. The atmosphere is just like the other Chicken Guy in Florida - plenty of seats inside and out with a “garage door” that can open to expand the area.

Service was great. The young guy at the counter was super friendly and helped with picking out sauces. My wife needs gluten free, so he advised on that as well. During our meal, the owner greeted us and thanked us for coming in, and chatted just a bit.

I got the chicken tenders & fries. My wife got the grilled tenders & fries. My tenders were very good - crispy outside and tender inside - very flavorful. My wife has had grilled or gluten-free tenders at other chicken restaurants. These are the best tasting, and far and away better than Chick-fil-A. She also got the coleslaw - very good with just a bit of “after bite” heat.

The sauces is where it’s at and makes the meal pretty fun. I tried a 3rd sauce with my meal. If you’re a dipper, you’re gonna love this place.

Finally, the fries are above average with a great seasoning. Mine were slightly over seasoned, but that’s my preference. I like lightly seasoned fries anyway. The fries aren’t going to blow you away, but they are a great complement to the chicken and great to dip in Guy’s Special Sauce.

Looking forward to returning. I’ll try a sandwich then, but it’s hard to pass on...
