Dugg Burger - Preston Hollow Village — Restaurant in Dallas

I frequent a workout studio in Preston Hollow, so I visit Dugg Burger semi-regularly when I am in need of a protein hit. Staff is friendly and I love that this is like the burger version of Subway where you can customize what you want. Today was exceptionally great due to the outstanding customer service. I had placed my order and when pulling up Google Pay to pay, it wasn't working (I believe it was an issue with MY phone -- nothing on Dugg Burger's end). I apologized, said "never mind, because I don't have my card/cash on me," and was about to turn away when Dugg Burger employee Alex, who was watching this unfold, whipped out his personal credit card to cover my meal. I was almost in tears. That sounds dramatic, but I have been having a rough go of it lately and my Google Pay not working was just the latest thing going wrong (and also mortifying). The above-and-beyond effort was unbelievable, especially at a time where customer service is all but dead at most places. PLEASE, Dugg Burger, recognize this outstanding individual Alex, as he turned my day around -- it was so much more than a burger to me....

A fun place to visit with good food, great service, and good atmosphere. I've tried their regular burger and their breaded chicken burger. While the breaded chicken is okay, the clear strength is their incredibly tasty regular beef burger. They have some great toppings to choose from as well (all included in the price, so load up!). Their solution of hollowing out much of the top bun to store toppings is innovative, but not effective for me. I like cutting my burgers in half but when I do this, the topping just spill out of the hollowed out bun. They use small, halved cherry-like tomatoes as well, which I typically skip since personally I love big round tomato slices on my burgers.

The service is top notch! Don't be surprised if you get someone coming around to your table, topping up your drink, napkins, and making sure everything is good. It was my first time to eat at Dugg Burger and I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner!

There are several locations, I stopped by the Preston hollow restaurant today for a late lunch and was so impressed.

Walking into the restaurant I was instantly greeted with the friendly staff. Kim, the manager, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the process was explained and that everything was perfect.

The layout was simple, I liked the chalk zone at the front of the restaurant, nice touch.

I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, Dugg sauce, picked, lettuce and order of fries. The fries were perfectly cooked and so yum! The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the bun was soft and so fresh.

I sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and had such a great experience.
