I frequent this wonderful hotel and stop here as necessary when I have to leave early.

Yes, this has always been an easy and generally quick stop. The customer service has never wowed me. Unfortunately I feel compelled to write a review on a truly trifling issue. My order was simple: large iced tea and a little snack cookie. Total: $15. Sadly my large drink came in to small cups. Only then was I informed that they were out of large cups. A’ight…this would be no big deal if I’d been informed when I ordered and I would have passed on the order all together as I needed one hand for my roller suitcase w/backpack on top. Very overpriced but it’s the only option for a quick grab and go breakfast pastries and coffee. I had the cranberry muffin and the vegetable cheese panini and they were both very good. I also tried the coconut Chia pudding and it was terrible. Zero flavor. The coffee was good, I had a decaf latte and my husband had a regular cappuccino and I think their coffee beans are better than those used in an actual Starbucks (Starbucks coffee is sour) but we enjoyed this one. Rude manager made two drinks wrong and it seemed as though it were on purpose. Worst thing about it is he's the "supervisor". He's got this bad "sassy" demeanor and shows favoritism to men. How can someone get two drinks wrong out of 3 and we're standing right in front of them as they make it? I was very irritated. Not how I wanna start my day at 7 am.
