I am so glad that we decided to try out Deep Sushi for dinner! I had great food and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed myself!
It was very bright inside and had a nice pleasant atmosphere. There was also a covered patio that was very comfortable to sit on. We were quickly seated and had our drinks order taken. I got some of the cold house sake, and we also ordered a Tokyo Mule. The mule was very tasty, although not that strong!
Service was extremely friendly and quick - our water was regularly refilled without problem and anything that we needed, like sauces or whatever else, was quickly taken care of and brought over.
The food itself was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable! I got a chicken Yakisoba for only $7, and it nearly tasted like a gourmet dish! It was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. All of the ingredients were perfectly mixed, cooked, and seasoned. I was in heaven! Coupled with some sriracha sauce, and it tasted sublime! The chicken was tender, delicious, and beautifully cooked. The noodles were just right! The Hawaiian rolls also tasted amazing. I loved the avocados placed on the top of them. So fresh! Everything here tasted so fresh and was cooked to perfection! I was extremely pleased with the quality, especially for the relatively low prices.
I had a blast at Deep Sushi! The prices were excellent, the service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere bright, warm, and pleasant, and the food itself was absolutely delicious! I most definitely will...
Read moreI always make it a point to visit Deep Sushi whenever I’m in Dallas. And every time it hasn’t disappointed till now. It’s sad to say despite how delicious the food is, horrible service will always leave a stronger taste. It was around 1, when we decided to visit, the restaurant was empty. Just our table and two others, our server never asked if we’d like anything to drink besides the complimentary water. Leonardo M. wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu, and yes before y’all start judging I figured he was knew so I did cut him some slack. Our food was out in a timely manner, I asked to keep one menu so we could keep ordering as we go. But for some odd reason our server would not pick up the empty plates, they just kept piling and piling till finally he had no choice to remove the empty plates. Not once was a refill offered. He spent majority of his time behind the bar, near the register on his phone. You’d think he’d hide better but he was in direct sight of our table. With all that said Deep Sushi please remind your servers to be attentive, don’t let their poor service ruin the experience for returning customers. Another note the sweet tea wasn’t advertised as being out of a bottle… I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had know that. One last thing, thank you to the guy with the flat bill hate. You were more attentive...
Read moreThis was the first time I've had sushi at Deep Sushi, and I was highly disappointed. Our server was good, but the sushi itself wasn't anything to write home about. The Ahi Tower was really dry and they barely mixed it for us. Next, we got the Hawaiian roll, which was actually decent. Lastly, we ordered the White Dragon roll, and they handed us something that looked completely different than what we thought we ordered. The White Dragon isn't supposed to have shrimp and the one they gave us had a shrimp tail sticking out of the end. We told the guy at the sushi bar that we didn't think this was what we ordered. He asked again what we ordered and when we told him White Dragon roll he had us give the roll back to him. He then made another roll that was completely not what we ordered again yet again. What we were given had something warm and fried in it. The White Dragon doesn't say anything about something fried, so it had to have been wrong. Anything with a fried item was labeled appropriately in the menu. We ate it anyway because we were really hungry and were sick of waiting, but it wasn't good. We usually get a dessert or a miso soup at the end of our sushi meal, but we decided against it. At that point we just...
