I was with my family on vacation with my son who was participating in all american football, I went to this restaurant and the waitress told us that we had to give a card to put it in the computer as security for the account. I tell her that We are going to pay in cash, I give her the card, she puts 39 dollars with some cent on deposit. When the time comes to go the bills we 59 dollars with a few cents. my husband passes her 80 dollars 60 to pay the bill and a 20 dollar tip. 1 hour later my bank sends me a notification that I have a deposit of 27 dollars with some cents from the same restaurant, I call and ask him what is happening because 2 deposited, he tells me not to worry that they put it back in my account in 2 day because is only pending. The next day when I arrive in Massachusetts I see that they took $59.76 from my bank. I call and ask the lady, she said that it was from the food. She tells me that there is a camera that she was going to see and that she was calling me back in a couple of hours after 2 minutes she calls to tell me that she has a receipt with a signature from a young lady who signed, I ask the lady who she say a girl that’s my daughter she is 17 years old, she is not the owner of the card for her to sign it and that the card was already in my position long before I ordered the food, and that since she gave the receipt to my daughter to sign when she was not the one that gave her the card it was me. Why the waitress remembers that my husband gave her a 20 dollar tip according to the manager she said. I ask the lady about the video and she told me that she cannot see it because it is in the possession of the owner. I asked her for the receipt that she has the signature and she sends me a receipt with not signature. I message her back to told her that the receipt does not have a signature and 3 days today and not reply...

This was a really cool and mellow place. There is patio seating, indoor seating, video games to play, basement area, great place to watch any sports game and a really great Playlist to uplift to mood. The manager greeted us at the door with a warm and friendly welcome. Our waitress started off good but quickly slacked and became inattentive server.

The food and cocktails are 5 STARS!!! Everything was incredibly delicious and probably the best chicken and waffles I have ever had! I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!

I decided to come back and give the restaurant another try. Instead of adding stars I'm deductioning them. Horrible host on duty, she made us wait about 45 seconds to finish gossiping with her coworker before acknowledgement. Then instead of sitting us she rudely suggest we go downstairs.

Once downstairs we were greeted warmly, things were going smooth until the guy running food took our meals to five other tables, sat it down in front of a couple of guest before they pushed it back and still attempted to deliver the passed around plates. I was a trainer and a server so first off any time food touches a table and it's wrong it is supposed to be thrown out and made over. I would definitely expect that in a global pandemic. However, our server then brings over the food after she too took it to the wrong table. We told her why we didn't want those plates and would rather our food be prepared fresh and she seemed annoyed. The manager comes over with a weak apology, 15 minutes later our food is back and it wasn't even hot just warm. Sure they only put it under warmer and had us wait.
