What to say about the Spirit of Communication in the AT&T Discovery District at Uptown Dallas? What a beautiful sculpture. Its golden color makes it impossible to miss, and it reminds you of the angel of independence in Mexican city and the golden sculpture in London. I highly recommend it!

La escultura es una figura alada que sostiene un haz de cables telefónicos en la mano derecha, simbolizando la comunicación por cable, y un haz de rayos en la mano izquierda, que representa la comunicación inalámbrica. Fue encargada por AT&T en 1916 y se instaló originalmente en la parte superior de la sede de la compañía en Nueva York.
