I ordered my food in drive-thru. I received my money balled up in the cashier hand. I didn't think much of it at first and I was handed my correct order, so I drove down the road for several miles eating my food. Fifteen minutes later, I checked my change to make another purchase at a local convenience store. I was only given one dollar and a few coins. Which I now think is unusual for the cashier to ball my money up in her fist out the window. "Maybe its a mistake", so let me call the store back and tell them I need my missing dollars bills. At no surprise, a receipt was not put in the bag, to even proof I purchased anything. So I googled the location and called them. The guy who answered the phone told me there is no manager on duty during these late hours and I must have my receipt in order for anyone to help me. "Explained to the gentleman again what happen", everthing wad helpless. I later submitted a survey online about my experience at JackInTheBox. Two days later, I re'ved a call back from the WRONG location me about what happen. I cleared notated on a survey the address the time and date and what I ordered, but I got a call back from the wrong store? The wrong store manager stated he would contact his district manager and the misinformation and I will receive a call shortly. Its been almost two weeks. (I want all...
Read moreThe reason I gave this zero or 1 stars for this location specifically (not the company) for this location only which is on 75 and fits you in the city of Dallas I came in from a flight where I hadn’t had food all day and I wanted to pick up one of my favorite sandwiches from a company who I really like their food and style, however, I would never recommend this place. The lady at the drive-through was rude obnoxious condescending as I tried to get an order for myself and an order for my son. She kept repeating the same thing which had no clarity and then just turned off the screen, and when I pulled up to the window turned her back on me and wouldn’t answer or anything. I drove around the restaurant looking for a phone number. There was none posted this individual one and the incident happened at around 10:30 on June 8, 2025 also there was no phone number posted no way to reach management or talk to anybody and when I sat down, I have to return returning from a weeklong work trip. I tried to call The Place and their phone doesn’t even work. I drove to another local restaurant. They took care of the order. They were wonderful and they were nice. I am extremely disgusted by...
Read moreThis particular Jack in the Box location has proven time and time again to be less than satisfactory. Despite clearly advertising that they are open both online and on signage when you pull up to the drive-thru, you’re often met with a rude and dismissive employee who claims they are either not open or not accepting any orders. This happens even during posted business hours, which is misleading and frustrating for customers just trying to get a quick meal.
The employees at this location are clearly not interested in doing their jobs and make no effort to provide basic customer service. Their tone and attitude are consistently unprofessional, and they behave as if serving customers is a burden rather than their responsibility.
I strongly urge Jack in the Box corporate to look into the operations at this location including the accuracy of the posted hours and whether employees are actually working when they claim not to be accepting orders. It reflects poorly on the brand and leaves a bad impression on loyal customers who expect more from a national chain.
This location needs immediate attention, accountability, and retraining if not a...
