Last night I dined at Regines Lounge for my birthday and unfortunately , my experience left much to be desired. From management to service, several aspects fell short of expectations, prompting me to share my thoughts.
The management at Regines Lounge displayed a concerning lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Instances of poor service were not isolated but rather seemed to be a recurring theme throughout the evening. It was disheartening to observe the inconsistent treatment of patrons, irrespective of their spending. The essence of hospitality appeared overshadowed by a lack of attention to detail.
The demeanor of the staff, including encounters with the manager, Eric, further compounded the negative experience. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, there seemed to be a dismissive attitude that added to the overall disappointment.
One glaring issue was the lax enforcement of the dress code. Observing patrons with varied attire, from jackets to sport shirts, without any apparent consequence, created an atmosphere of confusion. This lack of uniformity in enforcing standards undoubtedly affected the overall ambiance of the establishment.
As a frequent visitor to places like Lambordi chain, the disparity in service quality was stark. Regines Lounge fell short of the standard set by similar establishments, leaving me questioning the consistency of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In the spirit of constructive feedback, I suggest that Regines Lounge revisit their management and service protocols. Consistency in treating customers with respect, regardless of their spending, is crucial. Additionally, a more stringent approach to enforcing the dress code can contribute to a more refined dining experience.
In conclusion, my visit to Regines Lounge far from the enjoyable dining experience I anticipated. I hope that my feedback prompts reflection and improvement. As a concerned patron, I plan to report these issues to ensure a better experience for...

We had been eagerly looking forward to our Valentineās dinner, which we had planned weeks in advance to enjoy a special night with close friends. However, our experience at the restaurant was far from what we had hoped for. Upon receiving the menu, we were informed that many items like food were unavailable, including basic selections like wine. This was especially disappointing given the limited menu to begin with.
The service did not meet expectations either. Our waitress was not attentive, and we found ourselves having to track her down whenever we needed assistance. It became clear that we were being rushed, as she seemed eager to get us out of the table due to another reservation. We were unaware of any time limits when we made the reservation, so this added pressure was unpleasant, especially since we barely had an hour and a half to enjoy our dinner.
To make matters worse, the manager white male (or possibly the host) approached our friend in a rude manner, telling her she could not use a selfie light because it was to bright to take photos. This was frustrating, especially since they later asked me for the photos I took and requested to use them for their Instagram page.
Additionally, another waitress came by and told us very abruptly that we needed to leave, stating we wouldnāt be asked again. This was despite the fact that we had not yet received our check, and we were still waiting to be served drinks. The entire time, we felt neglected, rushed, and unable to fully enjoy our meal.
While the atmosphere and entertainment were wonderful, the service and food were disappointing. We truly hope that the management will address these issues, as the lounge itself has great potential. We would love to see improvements made so that future guests can have a more enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIād like to start by saying Iāve been to Regineās between 10-15 times and Iāve always loved it but something seems to have changed recently.
Yesterday we went in and had a reservation for 6 (it was initially going to be 8 but we told them 6). When I went to get sat, I checked in at the hostess stand, what I presume to be a manager came and asked the hostess if she sat āXā table and she says, āNo thatās actually his table right hereā and he responds by saying āOh well get them out of there just start putting things down and get them to move.ā Which I thought was inappropriate to say in front of a guest.
On the way to the table we saw other friends and they wanted to join so it did become 8. The server was very nice and said āSure, the table over there is going to be leaving so as soon as they leave, we can move you over there. We did ask if it was 6-8 you said 6 so this is what we have for now.ā No problem, she handled that well. A few minutes later she came back and said āIt will be a 400$ minimum if you move tables.ā Itās a lounge, not a night club. We were already at a table with a reservation and they are giving minimums to scoot over to a table with an extra chair or two? Iāve been going there since open and have never heard of or witnessed this. Iāve been in with groups ranging from 2-10 people and have never heard of a minimum. The server also told us the table was open, therefore, this was not a reservation issue but a ānew policyā issue.
On the policies, there were men in there in shorts, tee shirts, and sandals. The dress code no longer exists and itās very apparent. This is a far cry from the Regines I started going to.
Our service was great, she was attentive and the cocktails were awesome, as usual. The new āchange of policiesā is a little odd as it seems to go counter to how Regineās...
