I went to the 365 Tacos at 2801 N Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75204. They are located in a Shell gas station. I ordered a dozen tamales. I waited 30 minutes while they were in the microwave being dethawed and heated (gross). The employees were in the back playing around. They told me 1 more minute. Then 2 more minutes. I waited longer than what I was told. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not do refunds because the register does not provide that as an option. I paid $23.80 for a dozen tamales and they are the worst tamales I have ever tasted. I only ate half of 1. The corn dough was around 3 inches wide and very little pork inside. I will never go back there again. Customers that were there to purchase items from Shell gas station, were telling me they will never eat there again because of the food and the poor customer service. Never again! Do yourself a favor and spend your time, money and appetite...
Read moreFirst let me say, their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Went there to pickup an order for Doordash and as I'm standing there, the ladies working just kept looking up at me and going on about their business. Totally ignoring the fact that I'm standing there, mind you, I am an AA female. So as I'm being ignored, a white man walks in and one of the ladies immediately looks at the guy, over me, and says "hi can I place your order"? My girlfriend then says, why would you just skip me like that when you've seen me standing here? She then responds, "hmph 5 more minutes" in a very rude way as if i did something, talk about racist, so I canceled that order and proceeded to leave missing out on my money due to rudeness and basically the refusal of service, after reading the reviews about this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD...
Read moreI decided to stop by since I was in the area - I ordered a taco plate of fajita - corn tortillas. For the amount of time I waited (10 mins) I assumed everything was going to be fresh. First of all, the service was good - friendly cashier however my food is another story. Everything tasted as if it were weeks old. The fajita was stiff and dry - no flavor, the tortillas were all torn and dry - like what?! It seemed like they fried them in water or something. The rice was hard and flavorless - like if it was old and they reheated it - like they didn't even try! I can almost guarantee all the food served was old. Then I didn't even get any salsa .. none. How do you serve tacos and not provide salsa? For $12.00 I could've went to across the street to Chevron and paid half of that and got fresh food. Will not be...
