I love Jersey Mike's...but even more I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS location...never been to any other location though....just cuz I love this one the most. Everyone who works here is the raddest. I adore the staff. They often have a line to the door, but don't leave ..I hate lines too, but they are soooooo efficient and super clean...it's worth the few minutes you'll wait. If you want a delicious sandwich, made by super friendly staff (I have my favorites there ;-) ) in a very clean restaurant...come to this location.

This employee gave my food away to some blonde and brunette people sitting down and eating it right in front of me and said they took it and he couldn't do anything about it. They didn't order the same thing. It was custom and my name was on the ticket. He told me they stole my food and did nothing about it as they sat there right in front of him eating it. He didn't address them, He didn't make them pay for it, He did nothing. How is this going on in 2025???

Yall do not pay these people enough…they were completely swamped. People lined up 10 deep on to go orders. They need help! They were doing the best they could keeping everything in order but you could tell they were all so stressed out. Sweet small light skinned girl with a pony tail did a great job of trying to keep everything in order. They all are going awesome. Thank you guys!

I did a curbside pickup, but 10 mins after the time it said I should go collect, there were no signs of my order coming. The place didn't look busy either, with only about one customer in the whole restaurant at a time. I decided to walk in and ask about my order, and they realized my sandwich was in the corner. The roast beef was all cut and in the sandwich, but they hadn't put the veggies in. So 10 more minutes and I got my sandwich. To make up for the wait, I was given a complimentary fountain drink, which is the only reason this wasn't rated lower. Then when I ate my sandwich, I realized the beef wasn't seasoned at all, it tasted pretty bland. I've come to expect super fast service and a great sandwich from Jersey Mike's, but I didn't get that from...

Most disgusting Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been in. The Ac has been broken in this location for the past 3 WEEKS. I wouldn’t be surprised if the meat was spoiled. The Staff has a million fans behind the counter trying to stay cool. My cheese was melted on a COLD SUB. I used to drive 25 min just to come to this Jersey Mikes. I promise you I’ll never be back. I will be contacting corporate as well. This is a disgrace. Those people should never have to work in those conditions. The manager was so polite and very nice to everyone even his staff in these horrible conditions. Jersey Mikes should really be ashamed of themselves for this. A course of action needs to...

Wanted to take the time to applaud the phenomenal customer service exhibited at this location. The food of course brings you in, but the friendly staff bring you back! Everytime I visit I am greeted immediately and it always feels genuine. Vanessa and Margaret are next level and exemplify everything a company should value in their employees. Kind, courteous, and and display great attention to detail. I have visited multiple JMS, but upon finding this particular location, it has been my go to. I will def continue my patronage.
