I eat breakfast here 6...and sometimes 7 days a week...and the staff in the mornings are always excellent as is the food. Today I went in quite a bit later than normal and as soon as a new manager came on duty I heard her loudly telling an employee " If he isn't going to get anything he needs to lrave". When the employee was sweeping near me moments later I asked if she ( the manager ) was referring to me and she said yes, but the employee told me she can't tell you to leave. Well apparently the manager had her antennas up because she was around the corner behind the counter and immediately began shouting " she can't tell you what! She can't tell you what! The employee began trying to explain what she had told me and why, but the manager continued talking loudly at her. It didn't last more than a couple of minutes. As I sat debating whether to leave or stay I heard a couple of young children arguing with one another ( nothing out of the ordinary for small children ) and then heard the same manager yelling across the restaurant at them to be quite and stop arguing. It very quickly became apparent they were the managers kids. The moral of this story I guess is " it's ok for McDonalds to double as a daycare for their employees, but if you're a paying customer ( and a very regular paying one at that ) as soon as you are finished consuming what you've paid for you need to get out!! I decided to record a few outbursts from the manager and various employees before I left. I've noticed a few comments by the owner in regards to some of the negative comments left by others. So if she should read this please know you are more than welcome to listen to my recordings, although it would be much easier for you to look and listen to your video surveillance on 9/17/17 sometime between 2:45 - 3:05 and that will definitely let you know why I took the time to leave such a looooong post as well as why myself and one of my employees that's almost always with me in the mornings won't be spending our hard earned money at your restaurant...
Read moreThis was my first and last time at this McDonald's. My friend wanted some cookies & a smoothie, so he stopped by. We went through the drive thru and placed the order. He specifically asked that the cookies be made fresh, & they replied with yes. We proceeded to the first window to pay. He then again asked if he could have fresh cookies to feel reassured that his cookies would be made fresh. We make it to the second window and get the cookies just to find out they were old and cold. Ummm that was the whole purpose of asking for fresh cookies at the speaker...to simply AVOID getting old cookies. We were asked to pull up, ok cool. Over 3 minutes pass by, it only takes 2 minutes for cookies to cook( I know by experience. My first job in high school). I go inside for my friend to see how much longer it would be. The African American girl with a red bob at the front counter replied "it'll be right out". I'm standing waiting and a customer had a problem with his McCafe and couldn't even finish his sentence because she was so rude and cut him off & then had the nerve to roll her eyes extra hard while walking to get what he needed. After she gave the man his correct item, he told her thank you which she clearly didnt deserve. After getting my cookies and getting back in the car with my friend..a second African American girl with black hair in a ponytail is yelling "Go" out the drive thru window to us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We would of never had to pullup to begin with if the staff would of did their job correctly. Some of this McDonald's staff act like black ghetto hood rats!!! VERY...
Read moreThis location charged me twice for my order in the drive thru, when I pointed out to the cashier they charged my card twice she then said the transaction declined I told her please give me a receipt saying it declined she couldnt do so because she said there equipment is old and doesnt print receipts why are they using equipment that doesnt work and over charging their customers after another employee came out the back then called their supervisor Joel he then told them not to give me anything but the food and come back at 7am not asking my situation or even If I could come back at that time after struggling to find a ride there, with Joel being a supervisor he handle the situation very poorly and needs more training I have pictures of them charging my card twice and also of the machine that cashier said doesnt print receipts because there machine is old, Im very angry mad about this situation if youre employee doesnt understand english or know what they are doing why is she in the window and also if my declined why did she charge me twice I really would like to speak with a general manager regarding this situation Im very disappointed and more then likely will...
