McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's! They take online orders after they are closed. They never have tea made no matter what time I go. I have gone in the morning and I have gone in the afternoon and I have gone in the evening and their excuse is that they haven't made the tea yet or that they have already thrown it out. I make it a point to At the least 45 minutes before they close. I live in Addison and this is unfortunately the closest McDonald's to me. If you get ahold of anyone they like to hang up. I order through the McDonald's app all the time and it says that I have until 10:59pm to pick up/submit any orders from this McDonald since they close at 11. I go on the Google reviews and it says that they close at 11 and then I go on their website and it says they close at 10 PM. This McDonald's seems to always have menu items missing/unavailable. I work in fast food and this would not fly at my job. Customers would be more than livid and we would have even worse reviews. This McDonald's has cost me so much money. Tonight I put in an order and I was there at 10:10 PM to pick up my order That the app said I could make and pick up before 10:59 PM. If the store does close at 10 why does the McDonald's app allow customers to put in orders after 9:59 PM. I have been to this McDonald's at 9:15 PM at night and been told that they were closed. I can definitely see why none of my neighbors ever want to go to this McDonald's. This is unfortunately not the first time that I have to write a review and I do not like to write bad reviews. Like I said I am in the fast food industry and it is an extremely hard job that does not pay well.. With that being said my manager would never let anything like this go on for more than a month let alone since 2017 when I move to the area. There's a couple of apartment complexes that tell new tenants not to try this McDonald's because they're going to get their money taken from them. The order I put in tonight unfortunately won't let me put in another order at another McDonald's so I had to give my money to somewhere other than McDonald's. When I called the store to ask if they would help me to cancel it so that I can put in another order for another McDonald's that is open they told me there's nothing they can do and that they're closed. I have a feeling that she could have helped If she wanted to. I will make it a point to never go to this McDonald's again. I keep hoping that At some point they will have better customer service. I hope more people leave truthful reviews about how horrible this McDonald's is. I also hope they shut down...

So I don’t normally go to fast food places. Like at all but I was craving pancakes and sausage and wow, they have a mixture of the two. So after a long night of not sleeping, do the cleaning and getting ready for a trip. I went through the drive-through, I was greeted with a what can I get you. Now I get it at 7 AM in the morning and some people haven’t had their morning coffee yet, so I’ll chalk it up to that next thing kind was irritating the design clearly says buy one get one for a dollar talking about the griddles which is what I came for. It was conveniently placed right above the combo meals which with any insight just knowing that you would assume that it’s buy one get one meal, or at the very least a griddle so I ordered as such the very rude lady then said you cannot do that. With no additional context at the time. so I asked what do you mean says it on your menu no, sir you have to order everything individually so which I replied with OK so let’s go ahead and do a single sandwich. Add another sandwich for a dollar. And the two burrito meal. they should come out to about 12 bucks give or take I was charged over $16 and when I asked for a water at the window I was told next time order it when you’re ordering your food.. Now I get things in order for somebody who doesn’t go to fast food ever a reason why. McDonald’s was a place where you can go and be happy and joyful and there’s a McDonald’s is the reason Why I don’t go to them rude ungrateful people, horrible staff, and the only reason I’m giving two instead of one star is because besides from asking for mild picante sauce and getting hot, I did receive mostly the correct meal, but my bacon Mc griddle did not have bacon on it so yay for a good mornings. If you’re driving through Dallas, I’d much rather you stop at a better restaurant such as just about anywhere besides, this...

I have completely stopped eating McDonald’s due to the service I received at this location, I use to stop here every day Mon-Fri and order either breakfast or lunch until I was ordering using a promotion given in the app for buying a chicken sandwich and get fries and drink free, I asked for the deluxe and was told I could only get a regular sandwich, I told the cashier I had purchased it several times before and her response was I work her I think I no what we sell. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager, the manager refused to give me any corporate or owner information and refused to give me her name before hanging up the phone in my face.. I called from work and can still access the call as our phones are recorded it will be good to use when teaching about bad customer service.
