McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

OK so... the Dining looks nice and the Playground for the Lil noobs is nice too!!

BUT!!! this is every time me and my family go here to eat at this McDonald's, the Service Noobs on the counter are always fighting and arguing with each other.. like for example: Employee A says "I bet on my Momma if she doesn't stop talking to mee.... " than Employee B says "if you don't want to work here than the door is wide Open for you!!" (you get what I am saying lol).. also they hardly ever take your orders right.. Like for example: You tell them not to add stuff like: American Cheese/ Mayonnaise or Mustard on the Burgers you order,, but they end up doing it.. -.-

The last time me and my Family went here I believe it was on 12/11/16, both managers there were arguing very loud to each other and the rest of the employees were also running around like if they had chicken heads cut off.. Lol.. (no but seriously that's what really happened on that day... Check Cameras!! Check Cameras!! lol )... sometimes they give you orders that do not belong to you, or worst case you go home thinking that your are going to have a good MarraDonas meal and than notice that you have missing items that you paid for... (really?? thats soo lameee -.-) .. They hardly even pay attention to the screen above them when they are making the food.. I Honestly believe this place is being run by people that have no control of it at all.. Yet! this MarraDonas is very very lucky that customers still keep going to this restaurant..

but if this keeps going up for the rest of time than "I bet on my Momma" JK.. This Restaurant may End Up being closed/shutdown real soon just like the OLD Restaurant that was replaced by the Dollar Tree...(good Ice cream back than though foreals.. good ice cream....) that is now Next to this MarraDonas.... You Feel what I am saying???

I think the Owner from this restaurant should come one day as a disguised customer and see exactly how these Noobs run this MarraDonas and how these people treat their customers.. Sorry MarraDonas that is located next to the New Dollar Tree.. if your still lucky you'll last..

I would give 0 rating... but I guess ill just give 1 star JUST BECAUSE the dining place looks nice and the Play Place for the Lil noobs is nice too..

But hear one important thing.... We may never ever (Never say Never lol) come here ever again.. and I bet other reviewers are also spreading the word out..

But who knows if maybe the Staff gets fixed/aligned straight one day, than many the customers that left could possibly come back and eat there AGAIN... ...

The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Over the last year and a half I will only go to this McDonald's if my mother or grand daughter really want McDonald's because it's 3 minutes from my house. I will not ever go for myself and I love Big Macs. If I want McDonald's I'll drive a extra 10 minutes to another McDonald's rather than go to this one. The wait time is awful. This McDonald's will only have one register open for taking orders even if they have 4 people behind the counter. There is always at least a 75% chance your order will be wrong or something will be missing from your order. Drive through or going inside it doesn't matter, if you go and see that it's busy you will wait longer than at any other McDonald's. I've actually stood in line on the inside and watched for 10 minutes without them taking one single order while they try to catch up on orders that have already been placed. The female manager in the mornings has left out items from my order and when I came back in to get my items she has smart comments. She was so focused on giving me a sarcastic comment that while trying to give me what she forgot to place in my bag in the first place, she again got it wrong by giving me the wrong item. I have seen at least 4 manager changes in the last year and a half. I can say it's usually pretty clean. And after all the complaints I have heard and seen from others while I have actually been inside they do make sure your food is fresh and hot. Yes I have received room temperature fries and burgers as soon as it was handed to me. Over all in my opinion it's the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced and I'm 45 years old and I worked at McDonald's as a teenager. I actually worked at the McDonald's across from the fair park. I worked there during fair time and we were never as slow as this McDonald's on lake June and Masters. If I could give it a worse...

Got there had me waiting for about 14 minutes before I could place my other after that took about 5 minutes to pay for my other then took 15 to get part of my other then the other half was incorrect I asked to speak to the manager she came to the window with gloves on and open the window with the gloves you use to handle the food with witch was so unsanitary and asked what was the problem I asked was taking so long all she said was give me a second and closed the window after that she never came back 5 minutes later I got my order so we went home when we we're eating there food and one of my baby said dad this does not taste good or look right so I got uo to chexk his food I was shocked to see that his nuggets were almost raw looked like the people there just dip them in Greece for about 10 seconds and took them out and gave them out in was so angry so I went back to the restaurant when I got there is asked to speak to the manager she came to the front and said yes I asked her are you trying to get my baby sick she replied no sir so I gave her the box of nuggets and told her you tell me what you think when she opened it she didn't say nothing so I asked her you tell me what's wrong with that she replied a lot of things wrong all she said was I can make your oder over again I said I don't want nothing from this store I asked for a refund and didn't get the money I paid she was short 2 dollars and basically stoled from me first they try to kill my baby then they steak for me had worts customers service...
