McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Don't come here if you expect them to work the posted hours. I came here on my way to work to get breakfast like i have for the past few days and each time I've come here they said they were closed. The posted hours for this locations drive thru is 24 hrs. Each time this happened i watched numerous people get turned away. Only if the management knew how much money they are losing. The guy manning the drive thru was also mute apparently. When i pulled up he said nothing, O, Nada. He didn't make sure my order was correct, make sure i was paying for the right order, tell me the total of my order, or anything. I can't believe McDonald's pays these people as well as they do. The guy is getting paid to not do his job and stand there and act like a statue. The McDonald's corporation needs to round up all their employees and put em in check. This is ridiculous. McDonald's would go out of business if it were up to the employees to bring in customers or at least treat them well enough to make someone want...

I went early to McDonalds today and asked for a cup of black coffee and 2 creams. The young ladies at the window handed me a cup of something that looked like milk in water. No coffee at all. I asked if she could give me the coffee and I will add the cream because it seemed they had put too much cream. (I thought that was strange as I have always put the cream myself) So they took the cup and came back with a new cup of " coffeee" and handed me not two creams but 5. I thought that was strange. As I drove out rushing to my work, I noticed they had given me nothing but clear brown water. Not coffee at all. After my meeting I decided to go back to speak with the manager, and when I arrived one of the ladies who did not have her badge name on it came and I asked her to see her supervisor. She told me that she was the supervisor. I notices she happened to be that very dame lady who played the joke on me. In any case... I hope that whoever her supervisor may be calls...

My experience with this restaurant could've been a better one. First, I come in and wait for someone to take my order which is about 3 minutes not too bad if the place was busy which it wasn't. The manager or someone supposedly running the place asks a lady to take my order who doesn't seem to thrilled with her job takes my order. I order 1 happy meal, 6 pieces nuggets and 2 SPICY MCCHICKENS. When my family's food arrived, I took one bite from the sandwich and noticed that it wasnt spicy. Ok, let me get this fixed. So I let them know they didnt give me what I wanted and the lady asks her "manager" who decides to ring me up for extra 2 more sandwiches. I dont need to pay for something that I asked for so I said I could just return the 2 sandwiches and she says "those are more expensive so you could just pay the difference."
