I like Nothing But Pho, but seems like they're are slacking. Today was a very very poor experience with them. I ordered the tofu pho with extra tofu. First I had to go back in about my order of extra tofu, then I had to go back inside because they had given me a bag of dried out limes, no mint, no fresh limes, no sprouts. So I get home and open the container and I noticed a very huge amount of doodles, a very very small portion of vegetables, which I'm vegan and don't need a extreme amount of noodles, if that was the case, I would have just made noodles and broth at home. I've eaten a quite bit of amount of noodles and my bowl is still over powered with Noodles! The vegetables you can barely see because the serving of them was so scarce that you could literally see the pole up of noodles through them. I'm not happy at all about what I received from Nothing But Pho today. I was starting to like them because at first the service was great and even when I had an issues once before they emailed me and corrected it on my next visit, but this is one it's seems like the people just don't care anymore. Just give you what they want. The veggie broth is off too. It has little to no flavor and tastes like it's been mixed with something else. 🤮 My whole dish is a waste of money. Chunking it down the garbage...
Read moreThis place has hands down the BEST vegetable Pho broth in DFW. I just sip it by itself for a bit before putting it in the bowl.
Unfortunately, the toppings for veggie Pho here are lackluster. You don't get much at all, and the vegetables are super basic (cabbage, onion, a little bit of broccoli and carrot). Since it's more expensive than some other Pho places that provide way more toppings, and their broth is so good, it's a bit of a disappointment. If it weren't for how skimpy the vegetable toppings are (and how expensive it is for 'extra', which amounts to a couple of pieces more) then this would be my favorite Pho spot.
I prefer light/clear broth with no hoisin, but if you love hoisin, they do provide packets of it for free with...
Read moreI got the tofu vegan pho on Thursday evening. Since late that night I’ve had severe diarrhea, and just vomited (as of Saturday). I know with certainty it wasn’t anything else I ate. I don’t want to be mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but the only reasonable logical conclusion is that this due to some kind of cross contamination issue, given the fact you’re part of a ghost kitchen. So I felt a need to say something based on that. Please double and triple check that your equipment isn’t contaminating other food, thank you. I’ll say it tasted and looked good going down at least, but I can’t give anything higher than one star for obvious reasons :/ and the previous 2 times I had it...
