Panda Express — Restaurant in Dallas

I just went in to Panda Express at Valley View and Josey Ln. In Farmers Branch , Texas. I wanted to place 2 orders double orders of Sweet and fire chicken with the Asian lady behind the counter. She told me th eff y were no longer selling that item. I asked her if that meant no longer today or no longer forever. She replied no longer forever even though I they still had the tag of sweet and fire above the empty wok on the steam table. I replied that that was one of their best items; why would they discontinue selling it. She replied that maybe they would bring it back next week. Does that make sense to anyone? Why then is the sign still in it's place. I would love to hear back from someone in corporate to see if they can explain this to me. I drove 6 miles further out from my neighborhood because everytime I go to the one at webb chapel off northwest hwy. They are usually out of white rice even at 5 o'clock. I thought that was the main staple of chinese food. Am I wrong. I have 34 years of restaurant experience. Though I never worked with chinese food.but something tells me both stores need better training both in kitchen and with dealing with customers. I was at the Farmers Branch place at @ 8:10 and left 10 minutes later with no food. I guess it's burger...

Do NOT Go to this Panda Express. They charged my fiancée double for the food ordered and then refused to refund when it was noticed until I asked what was going on and got angry. They tried to get my fiancée to give them Zelle so they could refund that way after being told that we should order more food or come back tomorrow to get a refund. They tried every way to NOT do the refund and then when I asked why they couldn’t, they said “we try not to do refunds”. The staff here is incompetent at best and severely negligent at worst, as well as being incredibly rude. I hate to see how the rest of the restaurant is run based on their behavior. I had a terrible experience at this location. One of the workers was talking over me while I tried to place my order, gave me the wrong price before I got to the counter, and when I politely asked him to listen and stop talking, he tried to snatch the bag from me. When I held onto it, he threatened to take me to the back and fight me.

I reported the situation to the manager — and nothing was done. No apology, no action, just brushed it off like it didn’t matter. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I came here to get food, not be threatened or disrespected.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope corporate takes this seriously because this kind of behavior is not safe...
