Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Galleria Dallas) — Restaurant in Dallas

They all taste the same. Kudos for the fresh ingredients and attractive colors, but we tried a dozen different offerings and only two had any discernible flavor beyond the base: lemon, with a slight hint of tartness, and rose water, which did in fact taste as it should. The rest tasted of fresh cream and crisp macaron — which is to say good. My rating is comparing them to other macarons obviously, and that is where they fall short. There are many more (claimed) flavors, but having given them a dozen chances to impress, I don’t feel obligated to try every other one before declaring them not up to standard. It’s too bad, my wife and I were really looking forward to them. This place is seriously the brightest part of my bad days. If I’m having a blah day or need a pick me up this place delivers. The macarons are always perfection & I’m pretty sure one of the ingredients is pure happiness. The cookies are so fluffy and soft they feel like ur eating a delicious sugary pillows that melt in your mouth & they will even warm them up for you. And the chai latte is probably the best tasting chai I’ve had in years. Everyone here is super friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ve racked up so many points here I’m starting to wonder if I could redeem them for the entire store. I could be having the WORST day and visiting Woops! always turns it around. If you visit the Galleria, and you don’t hit this place up, you may have missed out on the best experience...

I had a fantastic experience at Whoops! while picking up gifts for a business meeting I was traveling to. I needed eight packaged macaron sets, and Eric, had everything perfectly prepared and ready to go when I arrived. The process was seamless—just a quick stop to pick them up, and I was on my way to my meeting.

What really stood out was the extra touch of customer service. They thoughtfully included flavor cards with each gift, making it easy for everyone to identify their treats. And of course, the macarons themselves were delicious! Everyone loved them, and the flavors were great!
