Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

This Starbucks is an extremely high volume location. Yes, it is on the smaller side as far as seating goes, but most people don't sit and drink their coffee when they are walking around a mall, so it is pretty adequate for the size. Yes, there are usually about four employees working. One person takes the orders, one person takes care of the food, another takes care of making the drinks and another person takes care of the cleaning and stocking. They all have their specific assigned jobs and they have to stick to it because of the size of the location. It's actually quite efficient when you get down to it. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are very good. Customers just need to realize that just because you place a mobile order, doesn't mean that you will get your drink faster. Orders are made in the order they are received and some drinks take longer than others because of the amount of ingredients and the process they have to go through to be made (i.e., frappuccinos). I walked in and the employee at the register counter recognized my approach and acknowledged my arrival then turned away from me ignoring my presence while she cleaned the door to the pastry oven. I stood there and took the time to open my Starbucks App. After a few minutes the employee asked if I needed something, I replied "coffee" , she then got someone from the back to take my order. I asked for an Americano and was put in line. There was one barista making drinks and five people ahead of me. The one barista had to remake an order. Four people walked in and the girl that ignored me and refused to take my order, went right to the register to take their orders! The barista was making one order at a time, could have started a couple shots for my drink. Then one employee with a broom and dust pan walked to the condiments counter, wiped a mess. She then went to the espresso machine and stated handling my mug, I didn't see her wash her hands! I was...

This could be the worst Starbucks I've ever been on this planet. Yes on this planet. Let me share some of my stories with whoever may read this.

The first story is just as others have complained - they forget your orders all the time. Don't expect what you are in the mood of. Either the size. I ordered a venti pineapple tea and ended up with a grande peach tea.

Another story is more interesting, and can be helpful to people who doesn't have the luck of bring white skin. They NEVER ask my name because I'm Asian. There was once I waited after 2 other Asians who I don't know at all, and the genius guy combined our orders together. Good job you damn rasict! You thought we were together? Good for you!
