Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dallas

Belt Line & Coit, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POPEYES, IT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I ordered a mixed 10 piece meal, & got home & had 4 small thighs & 6 extremely small legs. I was supposed to get two breasts & two wings in this order, but I guess they didn't want us to have the white meat, event though we paid the premium price. We called the phone number several times from different phones & your stores phone would not ring, it kept saying unable to reach this number, even from a land line, & even though we live 2 minutes from this store in Dallas Texas. The chicken was so old & stale, we just threw it away, & it wasn't even worth the drive back up there. This is the worst fast food chicken experience of our lives, & we will never eat at any popeyes ever again. How dare you allow your stores to serve garbage like this. This should be illegal.

Update 01/10/2023 I thought I'd give them a second try to see if there is improvement and there is none whatsoever. The Hispanic heavy set manager has ZERO Customer service skills. The staff doesn't know much English and the legs, thighs and wings are extremely small. They carry an attitude as though they don't want to be here nor service the customers. They never give fresh food at all. I'd recommend other chicken joints in Dallas if you're looking for great Customer service and good chicken. You'd be wasting time...

This place is horrible!! service was absolutely trash (which I was shocked aboUt, given that this seems to be a NEW Popeyes location!!) Went here last night to try meg the stallions new hottie sauce meal and was met with a pitch black parking lot. all lights were off and seemed to give the appearance that it was CLOSED. I pulled up through the drive thru anyway since google said that they didn't close until 10pm and it was 7pm. I sat at the drive thru menu for about 3 minutes and no one said a thing until i said "Hello?!" and finally some one answered and told me to "hold on".. okay.. so i waited and ordered a hottie meal (chicken sandwich) and was rudely told that there were no more sandwiches. Since all of the lights were off I couldn't see the menu and so i asked, "So, then, what do you have?" and was dryly told about the chicken and nuggets available so i ordered the nuggets. I get to the drive thru window and pay for my meal and before i left i checked the bag and fries and hottie sauce was spilled all at the bottom of the bag as if it had been THROWN IN!! I let the night shift manager know how rude the drive thru attendant was and that i would be letting the regional manager know about how poor the service was! I WILL NOT BE...

First I hate having to order in the drive thru of places I don’t visit often because it never fails someone in a hurry always puts right behind me honking to hurry me up while I’m trying to see the menu. I ordered spicy chicken tenders since they don’t have spicy nuggets and some of the Mac n cheese that’s looks so good on their commercials. I get to the window to pick up my order ask if the dining room is ever open and got told no. So they need to remove off their listing here that you can dine in. I placed this order around 6pm so you would think everything would be hot and fresh. I only live 10 minutes from this location. I get home with my food. Chicken hard and cold. Even had a waxy taste because the oil had dried on the chicken. Tried to microwave it a bit so I could have hot food all that did was make the crust even harder that I was going to break a tooth. Mac n cheese was horrible. Try to scoop out a bite and the whole individual cup comes out. Obviously everything I ordered was old and had been made earlier that day who knows maybe even the day before. Very disappointed might be awhile...
