Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Dallas

Whoever is working at the register right now is extremely rude and unpleasant. I asked for one combo and two drinks. Whoever took my order only out down one drink. I paid at the first window and when I got my food at the second window I was (rudely ) handed my food and one drink.and window shut on me before I could even ask about my second drink. I waited for her to acknowledge me again and she opened up window and I told her I was missing a drink. She looks on her computer and said “you weren’t charged for a drink. Check your receipt” so I look at my receipt and told her “yeah I don’t see it on here” and she and another girl next to her laughed at me. So I told her “well I asked for a drink, can you charge me for one?” And she just said “ok but I’m going to have to charge you” …. Mind you, I asked her to charge me for one. When I said yes she shut the window on my and her and the girl were talking about me while she rang my card. over just a bad attitude and bad customer service. I’ve worked restaurant before and that is not how I would have handled the situation. I didn’t get either of the girls names but my receipt for the sprite is check...

I recently visited Raising Cane's and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was impressively clean, and the inviting atmosphere set the stage for a great meal.

I want to give a special shoutout to Josh, who was my waiter. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was perfect. He took the time to answer my questions about the menu and made some excellent recommendations.

Now, let’s talk about the food! The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Paired with their signature dipping sauce and crinkle-cut fries, it was a delicious meal that truly hit the spot.

Overall, I left Raising Cane's feeling satisfied and appreciated. Thanks to Josh and the rest of the team for such a fantastic experience. I can’t wait...

High 3/ low 4 stars for the food, but 5 stars everything else. My issue is the chicken strips are too dang small! A Caniac Combo now has the same amount of meat as the Box Combo did a few years ago. Just a little disappointing. If you want all of my money just get bigger strips for us true Caniacs (bigger strips in the Caniac Combo y'know).

Besides that I love how fast the food comes out, it's usually REALLY HOT but that's good, means it's not undercooked. I am one of those psychos that actually likes the coleslaw, and it's pretty good at this location. Fries are hit or miss, if you're not getting them during a high traffic time then they will likely be a little cold or soggy.

Overall, I like having Cane's so close by, and take comfort in knowing if I don't want to cook dinner I can just swing by and get a Caniac combo and never regret...
