I’ve gotten flowers Le Bloom prior to this location opening in Knox and I do have to say, the prices for the beautiful flowers 🌸 you get are so reasonable! I love them, especially their peonies.

The customer service here was not very good. The lady taking my order on Sunday morning seemed irritated. We got here around 12:15pm and they close at 1pm. I was asking questions about the level of sweetness for their matcha and signature lattes. She didn’t seem too impressed. As there were no other customers in the store, I would have expected the customer service to be better.

I tried the honey salted latte (hot) and the matcha (no sweetener). 🍵 The matcha was very good. It was whisked well + correctly. The latte was also delicious, but no latte art. Their organ e pastry with cream cheese was also delicious! I...

Their matcha is delicious!! I love that their beverages don’t come super sweet! (although you can always request extra sweet if that’s your kinda thing 😉) I like getting an Iced Matcha with Vanilla Cardamom syrup 💕

In addition to great drinks, the hospitality is unmatched! I came in for the second time, and they already remembered me by name :) Julie is always a delight, patient and willing to answer any and all questions!

Additionally every employee working made a point to ask me how I was doing or wish me a great day! Definitely turned around...

I came here early in the morning on Saturday. I think it is relatively still new. I got the rose matcha latte. I am absolutely impressed with the rose flavor. It actually tastes like a rose rather than a lychee or strawberry like other cafes. I think the matcha is good. However, I think the rose overpowered the flavor of the matcha.
