Reno's Chop Shop Saloon — Restaurant in Dallas

So I used to go here about 7 to 9 months back till i was told told not to come back for a month for being wrongly accused and or complained about for nothin without any explanation. So i have now decided to leave a review after givin some time to see if anything can be remedied. Well i guess not. Went back after month and was told I still can't come I and contribute to the bar. Months later still no explanation. I hate to say it but this place has some hater vibes from some folks and part of the staff at times. And no i do not mean the dive bar type of sheeit talk banter that is meant to be the banter that buddies for yrs would be like. Its actual genuine hater vibes at times. Though there are some cool and nice customers and some cool staff too, here and there. I liked the vibe and some of the people. But it's goin to be hard to run a business when ya run off solid customers and good people that are willin to buy your merchandise and tell others about the place. Yeah I had bought a shirt from this place like a month or less before I got booted. For like 35 or 40 bucks cause I felt like havin one of their shirts and wanted to contribute. Even though that's a bit steep for a shirt. Then soon after I get booted on false claims with no proof or explanation of what exactly it was. In the past I had heard some customers say in conversation they had not bought certain drinks or were over charged as we were kicking it outside just talkin. And have overheard the distaste of the energy at times as well. I know that since this place was purchased by new owners which I know who they are and yes yall have my contact info or should know how to get ahold of me personally. But since they bought it this palce has gradually lost it's touch. But I hope this place can turn things around and or allow me to come back I like metal and biker bars and there isn't many around and deep ellum needs a solid one.and this place has mad potential. There are some other issue I would like to possibly address. But not in Google review out of respect for the bar. But can't do that till they want to address it and contact me. Though for those that see my review ya do what ya will with this info as a review but I am honest and want nothin but kickazz vibes for all. Though...

We had a horrible experience here at the venue . My family went to a show that our friend was performing at . The bar tender in the back where the show was ,was very unprofessional ,being rude and having an attitude when everyone that ordered. I understand some people have bad days., but being rude , to everyone . It was unprofessional customer skills and climing over the bar for things which was unsanitary. While we were there at the last set there was a lady performing and near her song two men came through the doors and said "shut it down " yelling at the sound engineer and the lady on stage . Both men were very rude and then a group of employes from the venue came in to the room yelling as well to "get the **ck out. While everyone from the venue was yelling get out , a woman employe in a scarecrow outfit shoved a fan in the face and was yelling profanity which caused the lady that was a fan to get upset due to that she had shoved her in the face . I understand there are rules for bar,clubs or venues but there are professional ways to comunicate with people with out being hostile and rude. As well the other side still had people in there but why did the people where the music had to immediately had to leave there was no reason . There are many bar ,clubs and venues I have been to they always communicate with you when the bar is closing and when they start wrapping up things up . As well as when they do close they wait till people leave as they clean up . I have gone there many times but I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to my friends or family. Horrible place. They let veterans get walked on by people talking smack about people families deaths and cancer. Do not support this establishment. FYI To the owner who left comment. First of all we do not degrade women as we support the largest breast cancer foundation in the state of Texas and secondly we have not been in Reno’s in over 5 years and were never banned so you claiming we been in there the past few years is getting us mixed up with obviously some one else. Dave M. Was the owner last time we ever stepped in Reno’s and my family is painted on your walls. We personally knew Brandon, Josh, Dime, Vinnie, and Dave Reno. If you actually knew us you would know we are the biggest supporters of Reno’s long before you bought it from Dave M. 20 years of our lives were in that place and banning veterans of Reno’s that put more money into the place than most of anyone that walks in there shows your lack of respect and knowledge of who we really are. Enjoy dead end of Reno’s as of now you lost all respect from all of the true family of deep ellum. It’s sad Amber was one of our favorite bar tenders that we always support her with good music like 12 foot ninja along side Jim who always sharpened my knife’s every Sunday funday bike night.
