This review is not about our waiter Tre! He was phenomenal and should be promoted to manager!!

Overall experience was trash thanks TAYLOR, to the manager on duty during my visit! My table spent well over $300 and tipped rather well for our service. Instead of being a manager, Taylor’s childish, insecure, unprofessional behind sent a server who wasn’t even our assigned server to ask us to quiet down all while literally no one was loud nor were there any complaints made. There were only 3 other groups in the restaurant. None of which appeared to have an issue with our volume. However, that’s not the issue because as a patron I understand that what’s loud to me may not be loud to others and vice versa. So having this in mind we adjusted our volume and began to gather our things to leave. As we were leaving TAYLOR, the manager on duty mumbled something disrespectful not realizing that I heard and saw him. When I asked him to repeat himself he rudely stated “I wasn’t talking to you!” Words were exchanged and the argument escalated! As a manager, Taylor handled this situation wrong from the beginning. If there was an issue he should approached our table instead of trying to talk about us in an open space!!

Granted, I can admit I did get upset and out of character, however that’s only when I was met with rude service from what was supposed to be a Manager! This review is not to keep anyone from patronizing their establishment but to bring awareness that they have a racist, disrespectful, unprofessional manager named Taylor that talks l about customers not realizing they’re watching but is too coward to own up to his behavior! Typical racist behavior! Myself nor any one I was with will be returning! The food isn’t even all of that! The restaurant itself is small and the restroom could use a deep cleaning! Therefore, this subpar establishment will NEVER see my face again! Thank you...

Let me start off by saying my typical experience here is FANTASTIC and I LOOOOOOOVE my two favorite servers here omgeeeee!!! However; today I had to hit the 3 star! I went out of my way on a late lunch for food and asked for the meatloaf with jalapeño gravy instead of the red sauce (personally don’t prefer sweet on my meatloaf or any beef or chicken for that matter)and additionally asked for extra gravy for my biscuit. The server told me she’d put the gravy on the side so my biscuit wouldn’t get soggy (she was so bomb). I didn’t check my order before I left because I neverrrrr have an issue.

When I got home there was zero sauce NOR gravy on my meatloaf lol and absolutely zero gravy on the side for my biscuit (can you say le’dry!!!). I was extra hot because I was extra hungry 😒! You all know how it feels to not have eaten all day and you go for your fav meal?? Yeah this was the vibe

I called to let them know and the guy that answered the phone said”the jalepeno gravy was in the mashed potatoes” 🤨 typically my mashed potatoes ALWAYS has gravy so I don’t know what he was talking. Then he said “ it was made according to what was on the ticket”😡 as though it were my fault 😡 I do NOT blame the server at all not even a little bit and I truly think this was a matter of the call being mishandled BIG TIME!!!

Dry meatloaf and a dry biscuit and honestly not much gravy on my mashed potatoes and a waste of my drive 😡😒

I’ll definitely be back because like I said this is NOT the standard service I receive and I typically NEVER have an issue. However,; there was NO WAY I wasn’t leaving a comment because maybe it will help someone else’s experience.

Check your box before you leave or leave with a dry meatloaf and biscuit. 😒

We ordered from here again for 6 people. Once again the service was great, food was great, all orders were correct. Thanks for always being consistent.

We ordered lunch again for 7 people to be delivered. Ordering process and a delivery were pretty smooth, no issues. Food arrived packaged well and still warm. This time I ordered the Chicken Fries Steak with Jalapeno Gravy and Mashed Potatoes with Jalapeno Gravy. The gravy was great, the breading was good, thin not too much. The taste was just OK for me. Would like a little flavor or spices in the breading something. As long as there was gravy it was fine but they do just give a little gravy, would have to order an extra one for me.

We had lunch from here again, this time it was amazing. I got the Hells Chicken Sandwich and it was huge. Had great flavor, loved the sauce on it. Great improvement from the last time we ordered! Food was still warm and was packed very well and looked good! Great job this time!

Ordered lunch and had it delivered. Got the Sun Killer Breast with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. From the ordering to delivery, it was pretty quick, great service. Food was delivered warm. The marinade of the chicken breast was amazing, however the chicken was a little dry, cooked a little too long for me. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was bland, no flavor. This meal had so much potential to be amazing, but fell short today. I will have to try them again, everyone has a bad day and I might not of received their best. I will try again before I would recommend or say no...
