Let me start off by saying that I love Taco Bell. My whole family loves it. When it comes to preferred fast food, we always choose Taco Bell over McDonald's or any other fast food place. But every time, without fail, they have gotten our order wrong. Maybe it's because we always order too much food ($40+ because we have a family of 6). But every time we order Taco Bell, they've left out something, or they've forgotten to leave out onions. It's gotten to the point where it's routine to check our bag for everything before we leave the parking lot. We always find something missing. But there are days we forget to check and find out when we get home. Some days we go back for the missing items. Some days we're too tired and don't bother. This particular Taco Bell never answers their phone, so we can't even call to tell them the order was missing something, and ask if we could pick it up at a later time. Maybe this is on purpose so that they can get away with not replacing missing items. Who knows? But I'm tired of this game they play. There are times I'll choose to boycott Taco Bell for a month or so because I get tired of messed up orders. And everytime I return, they disappoint by messing up again. Most recent disappointment was yesterday. They somehow forgot a whole quesadilla. We were too tired to go back and of course the phone number still doesn't work (this phone number hasn't worked for at least 3 years). So I guess we just take the L, as usual. I guess it's my fault for forgetting to double check the order. I should know by now that the order is bound to be wrong somehow. I rarely ever write bad reviews (never rated 1 star before), but after having this same issue again and again, for years, I'm frustrated enough to write a book, it seems. Moral of the story: if you have large orders, double check everything, or don't order...
Read moreI have never been to such a HORRIBLE Taco Bell in my life. They rush you through your order in the drive thru by saying (what else) after everything you say. When i arrived at the window to pay, the cashier was texting on her phone not paying attention to what was going on (health code violation) and also against the rules being that she is on the time clock. I received my drink that had Baja Blast drink running down the sides of it, she didnt bother to clean it , i guess she was preoccupied on her PHONE! I was treated with a rude attitude and she cut me off. Once i arrived home i noticed that my EXTRA CHEESE that i ordered and paid for was not in the bag. I called to complain with the manager (Guadalupe) but it seems that not even he knows how to do his job! He was very polite on the phone, but had nothing to say other than sorry. (i am a manager) i can do better than that! Worst part is that i have received the same treatment all 3 times that i have been by because i live down the street (just moved here) . I do not recommend to anyone. HELL at this point, PANDA EXPRESS is right next door, noodles and good treatment....
Read moreTaco Bell now has indoor kiosks that you can order from. They are located in front of the counter. The best thing about the self-operated ordering is that you can look at the list of ingredients and nutritional information in each menu item. I require GF and realized for the first time that the Mexican Pizza has wheat in it. I decided to order the 3 crispy taco combo with a large drink. I also ordered a side of pinto beans. The price was reasonable and the food was as expected! I like that their taco meat is not greasy like some other fast food places. The meal was filling and my drink, a Mango Tea from the soda fountain was really good! The facility was clean and seemed to be running smoothly. The wait time was not too bad, considering that delivery services were picking up orders and there were customers going through the drive thru. I decided to install the Taco Bell app on my phone and received a free food item as a...
