Will Call Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

While I can’t say nothing bad about the service or food. I was overcharged, they have scan for pay at seating so I got JUST some buffalo ranch fries which were $7. We switched tables later on to sit outside and later on I brought 3 strawberry lemon drops $5 each and PAID $20 cash and left the $5 tip. Why my card was charged $26.40? I’ve called and called and got no answer. They don’t even give you a receipt so I’m not even sure what they charged me for but they definitely got over on me.

UPDATE I received a response 3/7 and I have yet to hear back and it’s now 3/26

UPDATE TO UPDATE I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE SO NOTHING WAS DONE!!! BE CAUTIOUS WITH THEIR SYSTEM OF PAYMENT

Hi! Sorry about that. I will have my partner look it over tomorrow to see if we can find the ticket. No matter what we’ll make it right. Like I said in response it’s a new system so we’re still learning the kinks and how it works on the pay at the table. When I figure out an answer I’ll contact you back.

The only award these wings are winning are for making my wife and I sick. We ordered some late night wings delivered to our apartment based on the reviews and I firmly believe they are almost all fake

Wings arrived and to say we were underwhelmed is putting it lightly. While they were crispy and big, the Garlic Buffalo lacked any real buffalo flavor and the Lemon Pepper we're neither particularly lemon or pepper, just fried chicken. The salt and pepper fries, again crispy, but they are clearly air fried not actually fried, so they don't hold or absorb any of the actual salt or pepper, they just sit on top.

We could have forgiven all of that and just said "meh, not for us" except the wings weren't even cooked properly and many of them were still raw in the middle and we didn't notice until we had eaten quite a few. They have made us both sick and we are experiencing the effects of eating...

We randomly stopped in on a first time visit to Dallas/Deep Ellum, as we had some time to spare before our hotel was ready for check-in. This place ended up being the highlight of our trip (along with the concert we came for). The vibe in here was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of energy yet that local feel where you feel like everybody knows your name. We ended up coming back here several times in our short weekend trip. I wish I would have taken some food photos…top notch! I am a wing snob and these are hands down the best I’ve had…perfectly crisp and full of flavor no matter what flavor you get. There was so much I wish we had time to try from the menu but our go to was the “Tejas” sandwich. It’s like a Philly Cheese Steak but with 100 times the flavor and deliciousness.
