This location completely mest up my order I live in grapevine tx and they asked me to go back and they can replace the entire order by the way it was only a 8 piece boneless meal that the girl at the register charged me for a bone in meal and I was unable to go back this week so I called them today and they want me to drive all the way over to their location for carrots lol that’s totally not what the manager told me and what we agreed on!!! This is a new location that clearly doesn’t have it together I got charged for a bone in meal that’s like a $2 and some change difference not that I need the money it’s the point!! And I never receive my refund back to my card for the difference but they were quick to make sure their register was going to be even and changed it in their computer and they were rude as well and acted like I needed a meal free i would’ve totally paid again for the meal but it’s not what we agreed then they said for me to bring the meal back lol it’s been a week come on I always ordered Wingstop and never have I had such a rude experience were I was first over charged they supposedly refunded the difference they told me to drive back when I said I couldn’t I got told I was going to receive a hole meal for the inconvenience NEVER USE THIS LOCATION WHEN IM IN THE AREA... BOY DO I FEEL FOR THE COMMUNITY AROUND THIS AREA THAT HAS TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! They only got 1 star because I had to give it to review...
Read moreI order my order online for a faster service and explained my orders request on my online order i even went the extra step and called the store and speak with an employee and requested my special request of making my food well done. After been told i was going to received my order as requested i went and bought some other food for my kids and arrived to wingstop 30 minutes after i placed my order as i was advised 25-30 minutes for my order to be ready. And when i received my order i checked it because this always happens and i learned to check now because of the staff in this location and my wings were NOT WELL DONE...and all i was told it that i had to wait another 25 minutes for my wings since i wanted them well done. But i have other food that will also have to wait and i will probably end up having to buy again and throw away. Well then now its a hour wait for something i requested 2 times before my order was done. This service have to stop i go to this store because its closer to home and i have to visit here. But i would like for someone in management to contact me and talk about how i should order my food to receive my order as i want in a timely manner or if what i ask for is impossible so that i can make a decision whether to continue ordering here or...
Read moreVery bad service I had placed my order more then a hour ago, & when we arrive to pick it up they never took my order or they couldn’t find it, I had spoken with Angelica, and instead of her using her customer skills and looking for my phone number she just insisted she couldn’t find my name, after I had repeated my name and number several times till she finally looks it’s up and says we still don’t have it, okay so the right thing to do would of been, sorry mam I don’t see your order but I can get it started right away I do apologize for the inconvenience but I will get this fixed, but NOO she wants to just argue back with you and ask what time you called till she finally checks her system and finds my name and number and still doesn’t address her error, i asked to speak to the manager she said her manager Erica is busy and can’t come to the phone at this time !!!!
