Poke House — Restaurant in Daly City

Revising my review today from 5*. This is our go-to poke place since they opened, but now I may have to go somewhere else. We always order; 2 large and 1 kids crab bowl, and typically our bowl would be filled to the brim. However, today the 2 large bowls looks like the 2 small bowls we sometime order for lunch. Terrible service. First time I went there they were absolutely NOT mindful of my allergy, I almost had an anaphylactic shock. Second time someone cut in front of me and when I pointed out to the worker she looked at me and said “oh” and proceeded to help the person in front of me instead even though I was already waiting for a while since they were finishing delivery orders. Yummy new poke spot at Serramonte, next door to 85 Degrees! Food is fresh and lots of options for toppings, which I like. This time, I ordered a small build your own bowl which came with 2 scoops of any protein of your choosing. I chose garlic oyster tuna, which was delicious.
