What can I say? I always say customer service is everything and in Starbucks overall and in this location in particular the service at the drive thru is amazing! From the order taking in the intercom where they actually take extra 3 seconds to actually say "hi and how is your day" to taking your order not like someone just killed their pet. All the fast food restaurants with drive thru sure need to take a course of how to be appreciative they have a job and to not be with nasty attitude. McDonald's, Wendy's, taco bell etc each and every one take an order like you the last person on earth they want to talk to while keep rushing you saying "is it all" "are you done" every single second and when you arrive to the window you get the face of a person that hate their life and sure hate you even though you the one keeping their job by ordering at each place but back to that specific Starbucks! Amazing 👏 the kid at the window "Milse" ( spelling ) he was amazing from taking the order in the intercom to the pick up window. I guarantee that he was stress ( it was crazy full there ) and he was tired but even behind the mask you could see him smiling he was laughing and was sure everything was good. It was a moment of ray of sunshine where kindness and service with a smile is rare and was well appreciated. He sure need to get a raise or who know maybe promotion for a manager because with all the stress he held his composure. Great flavor for what we ordered, the Moca Frappuccino and the dragon fruit mango chiller ( I kept asking for dragon fly juice) . Everything was just great but once again the service is what will keep me and my wife coming back there! If the guy that helped us reading this, I was the guy with all the tattoos and my wife and I didn't know how to call any of the drinks 😆. 5 stars for flavor and 10 stars for...
Read moreWhen we arrived in line, the atmosphere felt off. A woman in a red beanie greeted us in Spanish even though we were speaking in English. She was rude and kept repeating our order wrong even though it was a simple 4 item order.
We get asked for a name, my girlfriend says: "Andrea" and the woman seemingly ignores her and doesn't type it down.
When paying, I say by credit card. The woman asks me to hand her the card, which has never happened before in our trip. She takes it, types down my name wrong: "Franceco" and then keeps typing down things (which was weird for security reasons). Using my own card, she put it on the contactless machine right in front of me, even after I told her my card didn't work contactless. I'm still not sure what she was doing with my card.
After paying and sitting for some minutes, we get told that they ran out of spinach wraps without explaining what we could do about it. We were just told that fact, and now it's up to us to figure out a solution without being given options. We selected a sandwich with the same price and sat right back down.
We were called only once. Since the order was in a different name than the one we gave (Francisco not Andrea), our order was left cooling for 10 minutes.
They took forever to heat up a sandwich. We asked for brown sugar, they told us they ran out of it. The staff looked disoriented, not a single smile in sight. Other clients seemed equally as annoyed with the workers as us.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Our coffee barely tasted like coffee, and we ate what we didn't intend to order. Visiting this Starbucks left a bad taste in our mouth, literally and...
Read moreBeing Saturday July 8 at approximately 7:40 am I was at the Starbucks in Stirling and 95, I went to pick up an order that were 2 drinks, when I arrived at the place there are 3 people working, none of the 3 greeted me, They are serving another person, we were only 2 customers in the place, I see that they have finished serving this customer and they still do not serve me and I tell them, the girl I think is called Ann begins to serve me, she puts one of the drinks in the bag and starts to make a meal, in my order I do not have food, only drinks, she in a very good mood at all times dancing to the rhythm of the song they were playing, she is very happy, after a while she realizes that I am still there and that I was missing the drink, because my drink was always served so she did not pack it for me, since she was not concentrating on her work, and when the service was finished she gave me my bag and made a derogatory gesture with her hand How he had finished with me and that I was leaving, I felt despised and I think that both the people and the manager of that place should know this, very bad treatment that they gave me and delay in the service. If you doubt what I am telling you, look for the cameras and you will see. How good is your good sense of humor and joy, but as a professional you don't know how to give a good...
