I'll keep it as simple as I can.
I give this a 5 star rating because for what it does, it does it well.
Let's get the legitimately only negative people may want to know. It's pricey, and roughly 20 dollars a person if you get a bowl and drink.
Now that that's out of the way.
It is absolutely worth it. All the cost to the customers is clearly returned in product quality.
All the ingredients are top notch, legit some of the freshest you'll find in any restaurant, much less a smaller shop like this.
The food is fantastic, and you'd never expect it from first impressions.
The obvious care and extra effort put into the ramen is tasted in every bite.
Now food taste is subjective, but I think I can confidentiality send anyone here for the food knowing they will find something they love, with a quality they didn't even know they needed.
Which food aside, the owner Daniel is fantastic, he makes any accommodations you need. He will do his best to make sure you are getting what you want and will happily answer any questions about the food or the ingredients.
And he'll do this with a genuine compassion that you'll only see on someone who is proud of their work and excited to share it with others.
Putting it in a short simple way.
Little pricey but worth it
Fantastic food with crazy fresh ingredients
Fantastic service with an exceptional attitude and care.
Go have some great ramen and poke. You...

For a place that opened not too terribly long ago, I’m really amazed at how they are ignoring any type of environmental concern. However, there is a napkin holder on the table that cautions the patron to be environmentally conscious by only using the napkins they need 🤣. I had to open the front door to trigger a ring in the kitchen to get serving personnel to notice that I was asking for them as they did not hear me call for them. The food is unremarkable, with both shiitakes and bamboo shoots minced into tiny pieces that changed both the texture and flavor. A no-return for me.
Add on to yesterday’s post: I also appear to have a light case of food poisoning that’s been plaguing with me since...
Read moreFood is every bit as good as its predecessor. I do miss some of the specialty options that were available once upon a time (bubble teas, pineapple, brown rice, seasoned salmon) but the addition of ramen to the menu very nearly makes up for that. ONLY reason I dropped to 4 stars on food. Daniel is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet and he'll gladly talk with you about life, the restaurant, the town, etc. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect. One of the up and coming greats in the town. Please give them...
