Arby's — Restaurant in Daphne

Oh, Arby's. You late night king of the meats. You have always come through on your wraps and gyros and those magnificent shakes that you can never seem to get at McDonald's. My only complaint is in your consistency on service. Once, you could not be there for us in our time off need after a long night of hard labor. No, you had a printed sign, flapping dolefully in the wind that you had stopped serving at 9pm and I sadly looked at the employee through the drive-thru window as we retreated, defeated, back home. But not only did you fail to serve us in our time of need, but you served us not two delicious, scrumptious apple turnovers as we had requested, but only one. The other, we discovered, was an imposter! Not apple, but cherry! Our hopes were shattered. In tears, we ate the cherry turnover. Came into this arbys and didnt stay longer than 10 minutes. The roof is almost falling in, the tiles are coming off the sides and leaving debris all over the floor, and the drink foundation had mold underneath it I was disgusted. They didn't even have a/c running there were bugs everywhere. Ordered some French dips and some shakes. The shakes came out like straight milk. Theyre so milky so we told them we didnt want them and the girl called katlynn popped off at me as soon as I walked up with them. The manager jarvis was also rude. I live in the area and stopped by for a large Dr. Pepper on my way out. After paying $2.50 and leaving the drive thru window I took a drink and it had little to no syrup. Now you know when dispensing sodas if it’s clear it’s not any good so why would the person at the window sell it that way? I called and spoke to the manager who turned and asked the person at the window “is the Dr. Pepper out?” The response was “yes.” Again why serve it that way?
