I ordered dinner around 600 and did not receive it until 830. I understand it's the holiday season and being busy but seriously. The poor Uber driver was a saint for waiting, I'm not sure I would have. Nothing was right or fresh except my daughter's chicken tenders. I guess 1 out 4 isn't bad. The burgers tasted old and reheated one to many times yet they weren't hot. The fries were hard enough to throw at the wall and make dent. They were more like small, cold, weapons of mass destruction. A dentist could get rich fixing the broke teeth these things cause. I was missing stuff that I PAID for, I was looking forward to the carrots and celery that they failed to give me After they took my 1.49 but they remembered the bleu cheese so there is that. I ordered guacamole and no tomatoes(I get blisters from tomatoes) well they got it backwards gave me extra tomato and no guac. That was 2.00 gone. My son's burger caused him to choke 5 or 6 and he gave up. He would have eaten his tater tots but they forgot those too. It was probably a good thing with the way the fries were, but they got their upcharge for those. I was missing sauce I paid extra for. The buns were hard and the I swear they made the food yesterday and just reheated it kinda sorta. If I had been able too I would have gone up there to get a replacement or a refund or to act like the Karen I'm sure I sound like right now. It's been a horrible week and I was just ready to unwind, relax and enjoy not having to cook after working a 10 hour day but now I'm standing in the kitchen air frying chicken patties and trying to figure out where my simple order went wrong. Dining in may be different but I'm not so sure about that honestly. Next time I'd rather just try and eat dumpster...
   Read moreOh where to begin. Our dinner club that explores area restaurants every Friday went to this location last Friday. We all placed our order, but after an hour only one couple was served. The rest of the group waited patiently as other tables near us with diners that arrived long after us were served. Finally the rest of our party was served.. cold food. Didnât send it back because frankly couldnât wait another hour. One couple received the wrong order which the server acknowledged she noticed it was wrong.. then why bring it?! That couple was comped their meal. The final straw for us was when we paid with cash to avoid the credit card fee (I know everyplace does it, but I owned a business and never did because that was just a cost of doing business). When we received our change we received the paper but no coins.. short changed. Asked where the rest of our change was and was told we donât have coins. So I guess paying cash incurs a fee for not having exact change⌠really?! How many times does this happen a day? Our dinner club wonât be returning...
   Read moreAs a hard-core buffalo wild wings fan I was very excited when this Daphne Al location opened. I used to go to the Hattiesburg location religiously where Bobby was the manager. I pleasantly met him in Daphne while he was here on assignment to get this restaurant going. It was excellent. After he left, I noticed it had gradually gone downhill, and yet tonight was the final straw as the spiral deepened very quickly. It saddens me. On two occasions this evening, the first being mine when I complained about the wings being dry to the manager, he said he would check, and I never heard from him again. He told me that they may have thought I ordered them extra crispy, which I did not. Then my brother met me here, and also ordered wings that were very dry when questioned, we were told by the manager and kitchen that we ordered them extra crispy. đ¤ˇââď¸đ¤Śââď¸ If you donât like dry hard wings then donât come here because they will try to tell you that you ordered them crispy.
