What I love about Main Street Station is the history of the building coupled with the dynamic and friendly staff. As a family owned and operated business, Phaedra and her team put a lot of effort into keeping Daytona’s racing history alive, they go above and beyond at the large bike rallies, and continue to have multiple events year round keeping Main Street alive. One thing you’ll get to know about Main Street Station is how much they care about Daytona as a whole. This bar is very community driven and hosts countless fundraisers throughout the year. As I’ve spent more time at Main Street Station I’ve come to love the eclectic crowd that frequents the bar. From business professionals to bikers to tourists, Main Street Station is a “Come as you are” type of bar. If you’re looking for that “Cheers” environment - this is the place to be. The bartender Nikki was absolutely atrocious. I asked for a drink recommendation and she told me she was busy and didn’t have time to tell me what I wanted. All those rude words taking more time than spitting out any random drink that would come to mind. She chose to be nasty. I asked her why she didn’t want to do her job and she had the bouncer remove me from the premises. Absolutely ridiculous I thought this was a customer service industry

Edit* I forgot to mention she was clearly intoxicated. It’s unfortunate when people work somewhere for years and develop a bulldog mentality. Time to retire. There is no excuse for the way she was acting. I hope you understand how embarrassing that was for your business. I overheard her complaining at another customer for using a card… their tab was well over $100 I couldn’t believe she was annoyed at a customer wanting to PAY. They also promptly went elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their security guards like to physically assault women. One of their security guards punched my mother in the face, threw her on the ground, and then kicked her while she was down. (The picture shows the bruise where he kicked her) When the owner was told her did nothing, but walk away. When the head of security was told he told them oh well & then called my mom ugly. Basically implying since he didn’t think she was attractive he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Both of those incidents were caught on tape as well.
