First and last time visitor. I went with a friend that raved about this shop.. as she was excited to show me a particular jacket, an extremely rude sales clerk approached us, in a condescending tone asked my friend if she was buying the jacket..as my friend looked at her with a look of disbelief, the jacket was yanked out of her hands, hung back up on the rack, and we basically were scolded about the do not touch sign which clearly we had not seen, and to not put our body oils on the jacket.. as if we were trying it on or rubbing it on ourselves..ridiculous.. I apologized for not having seen the sign right away..however.. Here’s a thought.. have the jackets behind the counter, or behind glass! The clerk offered zero assistance, never asked if we needed help..it’s unfortunate as our intent was to shop, a lot. There was a different and professional way that interaction could have been handled. But now, I will never buy any item in that store, and will also share our uncomfortable experience. DO NOT BUY OSBC Protector Pouch/Sucky Customer service I have bought many things from this store at pop up locations. Always nice people and quality merch. My first time at a brick and mortar in Daytona on 10/16/24 I saw this bag with a white sign with black lettering above it stating ONLY that it was 50% off. 3 days later the bag exterior was literally crumbling. Went back to the store 10/19/24 at around 4:30pm,to return and the rudest woman I have ever encountered said no returns and pointed to a now bright pink sign above this bag stating 50% off as is pu leather no returns. When I noted that this sign was not there 3 days ago she very rudely stated “they have been in our warehouse for 2 years and that’s why the bag is crumbling and why its50% off” I don’t have $75 to throw at junk.
